With some time before the next round we take a look at the top 10 picks in UCL Fantasy so far. Using the official UEFA Gaming website we can pick out the 10 highest scoring players in the game after Matchday 1 and 2 and check out how they earned their points.

The international break is here and it can be the perfect time to reflect on what has happened so far. Catching up with the top 10 picks in UCL Fantasy so far could help with future decisions and long-term planning regarding transfers, chip strategy and captaincy.

Brais Méndez – 26 points

Real Sociedad were a team not many expected much from when they were grouped with the likes of Portuguese champions Benfica and last seasons finalists Inter. However, the Spanish side have been really impressive and have picked up four points from their first two games against Salzburg and Inter.

One of their most successful players and in fact the most successful UCL Fantasy asset so far is midfielder Brais Méndez (€6.6m). His 26 points come from a fantastic two goals, one assist and two player of the match awards.

Jude Bellingham – 25 points

Real Madrid also have a tough group with the likes of Napoli, Union Berlin and Braga. That may be the case but they have started the new campaign close to perfectly. Winning both of their first two matches against Union Berlin the Champions League giants have already racked up four goals.

One Real Madrid in particular has shone since the start of the season and that’s this man. Jude Bellingham (€7.6m) has amassed a huge 25 points from just two matches hitting double-digit returns in both. The bulk of his points come from two goals, one assist and two player of the match awards.

Galeno – 21 points

Porto haven’t exactly had it easy in their first two matches. They had to face Shakhtar Donetsk away from home in Matchday 1 and Barcelona in Matchday 2. The Portuguese challengers won their first match 3-1 but lost to the Spanish giants 1-0.

You can probably see by the results above that the majority of midfielder Galeno’ points (€6.6m) came from his first match. Against Shakhtar Donetsk Galeno managed a huge 19 points with the help of two goals, one assist and a player of the match award.

Osman Bukari – 20 points

Nobody expected much from a FK Crvena zvezda side that drew Manchester City, Leipzig and Young Boys in the Group Stage. However, the Serbian side have impressed or at least changed many perceptions of them. They may have only picked up one point but they have been exciting from an offensive point of view.

Scoring one against Manchester City and two against Young Boys FK Crvena zvezda’ main man and striker Osman Bukari (€6.1m) has already picked up 20 points. His returns consist of two goals, one assist and one player of the match award.

Bruma – 19 points

Braga were underdogs going into their group against the likes of Union Berlin, Napoli and Real Madrid. The Portuguese fought until the end in both of their matches scoring in each and picking up a very solid three points.

Amongst their four goals scored was striker Bruma (€7.5m). Most of his 19 points come from two goals, one assist and one player of the match award. Bruma has been excellent on the break for Braga but faces another huge test in Real Madrid next up.

The rest of the top 10

  • Julian Alvarez (€7.1m) – The Manchester City forward has collected a cool 19 points so far meaning he sits joint fifth in the top 10. He scored three goals and registered one assist to help him reach his total.
  • Rasmus Højlund (€7m) – Its been a poor start to the campaign for Manchester United losing both of their first two matches. That may be the case but striker Rasmus Højlund has hit 18 points so far for his three goals and player of the match award.
  • Martin Ødegaard (€9.1m) – So far Arsenal have won one and lost one. It was huge first game for them though in Matchday 1 and their Norwegian was hugely influential. The midfielders 18 points are mainly due to his goal, assist and player of the match award.
  • Fikayo Tomori (€5.5m) – Milan have had an underwhelming start to their group as they have drawn both of their first two matches 0-0. Those games of course benefitted Tomori who is the only defender so far to make the top 10. Tomori hit 18 points with the help of two clean sheets and huge 18 ball recoveries.
  • João Félix (€8.1m) – Barcelona are one of few teams who have won both of their matches so far. The Portuguese striker has already banked 17 points because of his two goals, one assist and one player of the match award.
