Teams With The Best Fixtures After The Break

In this article we take a look at the teams with the best fixtures after the break in FPL. Using the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area and its fixture ticker we can pick out teams with the best schedule for the next six Gameweeks.

Looing at teams with the best fixtures after the break can be extremely useful for FPL managers. Fixture difficulty is one of the biggest contributing factors towards the appeal of players in the game and can also play a major part in our captaincy decisions.

Fixture ticker

Burnley

Burnley rank at the top of the fixture ticker for the next six Gameweeks. The newly promoted side have really struggled to settle in the top tier so far since their return. After 12 matches Burnley sit 20th in the league – winning just one, drawing one and losing a huge 10 of their matches.

With good fixtures could potentially come good form and that’s exactly what Burnley will be hoping for. They come up against West Ham, Sheffield United, Wolves, Brighton, Everton and Fulham in the matches ahead.

Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest sit second best on the Fantasy Football Scout difficulty ticker. Although they haven’t been anywhere near as poor as Burnley they have still been very inconsistent. That same inconsistency has led them sitting 14th in the table.

With wins against Chelsea and Aston Villa already this campaign Nottingham Forest have the quality to claim success in the next several rounds. They have meetings against Brighton, Everton, Fulham, Wolves, Tottenham and Bournemouth ahead which could attract some investment.

West Ham

West Ham also rank in the top five teams with the best six fixtures ahead. The Hammers were well short of their usual standards in the 22/23 campaign when they finished 14th. At the time of writing West Ham sit ninth in the division after winning five, drawing two and losing five.

It could be a great period for the Hammers as they have matches against Burnley, Crystal Palace, Tottenham, Fulham, Wolves and Manchester United. West Ham have already proven to have great FPL assets this season and with their run ahead that could be set to continue.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth are another side showing massive inconsistencies. The Cherries are 16th in the table after winning two, drawing three and losing a huge seven of their first 12 matches. One recent result that will give them some hope and confidence is their 2-0 victory against Newcastle in the last round.

Maintaining some of the worst defensive and offensive data in the league so far is a concern for them. However, with meetings against Sheffield United, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Luton and Nottingham Forest up next that could improve.

Newcastle

Newcastle are the only top seven placed side who rank in the best five teams with the easiest fixtures for the period ahead. The Magpies are currently plagued with injuries to key players which could dampen their progression moving forward.

However, under the current management of Eddie Howe and with matches against Chelsea, Manchester United, Everton, Tottenham, Fulham and Luton in the next six, Newcastle could well have some success.
