As we approach the new round fantasy managers are looking for the best players to include in their squads. Because of this looking at the projected points for FPL Gameweek 10 can help bring clarity to some of your decisions.

Projected points for Gameweek 10

  • Mohamed Salah – The Egyptian edges every other player in the game this week (7.57 points). Salah is in fantastic form and has bagged four double-digit returns in his last five matches. Furthermore, He comes up Nottingham Forest next which could be a good opportunity to extend that run.
  • Bukayo Saka – The Arsenal man bounced back from injury with an assist against Chelsea in Gameweek 9. Saka sits second for points this week with 6.28 points. He also faces Sheffield United next who are maintaining some of the worst defensive data in the league.
  • Erling Haaland – After a short dip in form Haaland found the net against Brighton in Gameweek 9. Manchester City have a massive meeting with local rivals Manchester United next up and although the fixture may look tough on paper Haaland still sits third in the list (6.07).
  • Martin Odegaard – Its a second feature for Arsenal as Odegaard breaks into the top five (6.04 points). A game against Sheffield United ahead could be a massive opportunity for the midfielder to claim his third double-digit haul of the campaign.
  • Ollie Watkins – At the time of writing the Aston Villa striker has returned in every single match bar one this season. He has a matchup against one of the worst teams in the division next up in Luton and so completes the top five with 5.89 points.

Who else is set to return?

  • Moussa Diaby – The Luton game poses as a great opportunity for the Aston Villa players to pick up some returns. Diaby joins his teammate amongst the success with (5.74 points). The midfielder has been playing in an advanced role and bagged four returns in the last eight games.
  • Trent Alexander-Arnold – Its been a tough campaign for Trent. The Liverpool full back has really struggled this season with just two returns to his name. He faces Nottingham Forest and looks set for 5.38 points.
  • Gabriel Martinelli – The Brazilian scored against Manchester City in Gameweek 8 to mark his return from injury. Martinelli is also the third Arsenal attacker to make the top 10 this week. He matches Trent for points in Gameweek 10.
  • Gabriel Jesus – Completing the quad of Arsenal offensive players is this man. Sheffield United have conceded more goals than any other side in the league which could mean plenty of points across the attacking line (5.29).
  • Diogo Jota – Completing the top 10 is Jota. The Liverpool midfielder faces a Nottingham Forest side who conceded two to Luton in the previous round. Jota will be looking to claim his fourth return this season with 4.90 points.
