Notes
- This is my team without making any transfers.
- I will most likely use my wildcard. However, I want to see Brazil play so I can decide which three players I pick from their team.

Notes
- I will definitely be wildcarding in Matchday 2, that was always the plan so I’m going to stick with it.
- Since the rule change for midfielders my focus will be to build the optimal combination midfield and attacking defenders who could score a goal.
- I am planning to pick a mix of budget and premium defenders to attack the likes of Qatar, Costa Rica and Australia and get attackers from teams who play them.
- Some players I will be looking at are Ismailia Sarr, Depay, Bale, England midfielders, Lewandowski, Boufal and Daichi Kamada to name a few.
- Penalty takers should be given extra consideration especially if the player is a midfielder, eg: Gundogan.
- Captaincy is up in the air for now as many of the big teams are playing each other which means I will probably be punting on someone in the first two days of Matchday 2 then maybe moving to Neymar!
@Konate_FPL
Notes
- I will be activating the Matchday 2 wildcard, just a rough draft.
- Double Senegal & Japan defence looks nice for the price’s against Costa Rica and Qatar. The rest mostly picks itself.

Notes
- If I have to bring two players to my initial starting team, that will be Mbappe (my 12th man) for Messi. Gakpo for Kevin De Bruyne.
- Anyway I am planning to use Wildcard. It is hard to do this exercise. The official app doesn’t allow us to see stats like ball recoveries, Goalkeeper saves and chances created.
