Most popular transfers for Gameweek 11

The new round of Fantasy Premier League is just around the corner. Many within the community are already making their moves ahead of the new round so with the help of the Official Premier League website we highlight the most popular transfers for Gameweek 11.

Checking out the most popular transfers for Gameweek 11 can be really helpful to fantasy managers. Whether it be due to injuries, bans, player and team form, the transfers other people are making can help bring clarity to our own decisions.

The most popular transfers in

  • Eddie Nketiah (£5.6m) – The Arsenal striker is the highest transferred in player this week with 256340 transfers. He managed a massive 17 points in his latest match against Sheffield United. He also looks set to replace Gabriel Jesus whilst he’s out with injury. Nketiah faces a tough Newcastle side up next so could struggle to get anywhere near his Gsmeweek 10 tally.
  • Douglas Luiz (£5.6m) – Aston Villa’ Luiz sits as the second most transferred in player this week (232851 transfers). Luiz takes his sides set pieces and penalties but he’s also managed four returns in his last six matches. Aston Villa come up against Nottingham Forest next up so Luiz could have plenty of potential.
  • Bryan Mbeumo (£6.7m) – Brentford will be hoping to add to their two back-to-back wins this week against West Ham. One player who could benefit from the Hammer’ poor defensive data is penalty taker Mbeumo. He sits as the third most transferred in player this week (229320).
  • Kostas Tsimikas (£4.6m) – The Greek international is the first of two defenders to make the top five this week (200391 transfers in). Liverpool face a poor Luton attack up next and Tsimikas is the cheapest way into their backline.
  • Joachim Anderson (£5m) – Crystal Palace start a good run of fixtures this week with a match against Burnley. In the 10 matches Anderson has played so far he’s banked a return in five of them so there is no major surprise he sits fifth on the list with 195330 transfers in.

The most popular transfers out

  • Aleksander Isak (£7.4m) – Newcastle have some rough fixtures ahead and they start with a game against Arsenal. Star striker Isak recently picked up an injury in the Champions League which could see him out until late November. Both contribute towards making him the most sold player this week (287015 transfers out).
  • Destiny Udogie (4.8m) – The Tottenham full-back is the second most sold player ahead of Gameweek 11 (239822 transfers out). Udogie is suffering from a muscle injury and Ange Postecoglu is yet to give an official date for his set return. He also faces Chelsea next up which is a game he may struggle to return in.
  • Pedro Neto (£5.7m) – After an incredible eight match run of returns Neto picked up an injury in his latest game against Newcastle. No date has been set regarding his return. That is the main reason Neto is the third most sold player this week (225866).
  • Martin Ødegaard (£8.4m) – Arsenal have some great fixtures coming up but before that face Newcastle. There is some concern about the Norwegian after he failed to feature against Sheffield United but he has also returned just once in the five games before his most recent match. With that in mind he sits fourth (197820 transfers out).
  • Pervis Estupinan (£5m) – The Brighton full-back remains injured but is close to a full recovery as we can see with his flag status. Brighton actually have some good fixtures coming up so it is a bit of a surprise that 161745 managers have decided to sell.
