Gameweek 33 review

Notes

  • I hit a total of 110 points this week which saw a rank fall to 381st in the world.
  • I activated my triple triple chip when most opted for the budget buster and it did not pay off. The move was definitely different so I expected a big swing between the moves.
  • Triple triple did not go to plan. I expected a lot more from both of the Burnley attackers and Sunderland’s Diallo.
  • Blackpool defender Connolly and Burnley defender Maatsen were both successful this week.
  • The biggest disappointments were Blackburn midfielder Dack who picked up an injury and Sheffield United’s Ndiaye who didn’t start one of his games.
  • Overall it was a tough week.

Notes

  • I am very undecided about my chip strategy moving forward which then creates uncertainty around my moves moving forward.
  • Sitting just inside the top 400 is an extreme loss at this point so securing a top 100 finish does seem out of reach.
  • I have got a couple of issues in the squad with injuries to Dack, doubts over Norwich striker Pukki and Sunderland striker Stewart.
  • There is a double Gameweek this week so regardless of my chip strategy I have some transfer targets in mind.
  • My targets this week include Millwall striker Bradshaw, Luton defender Bell and Luton striker Morris.
  • Captaincy will be interesting this week but there is no doubt that Coventry striker Viktor will be amongst the armbands.
  • I currently have three double Gameweek players and that could extend to five or six.
  • I need a good Gameweek! Good luck everyone!
