As we approach the new round fantasy managers are looking for the best players to include in their squads. Because of this looking at the projected points for FPL Gameweek 6 can help bring clarity to some of your decisions.

Projected points for Gameweek 6

  • Erling Haaland – The Norwegian leads a relentless Manchester City frontline and at the time of writing ranks at the top of the FPL scoring charts. He faces Nottingham Forest next up and ranks at the top for points this week with 8.76.
  • Mohamed Salah – Liverpool face in-form London club West Ham in the next round. At the time of writing Salah picked up a return in all of his first four matches. He looks set for another good week with 6.66 points.
  • Phil Foden – Manchester City are maintaining some of the best attacking stats in the league so far. One of their most influential players is midfielder Phil Foden who picked up a return in three of his first four matches. He looks set for 6.19 points in Gameweek 6.
  • Kaoru Mitoma – Brighton face a Bournemouth side who are conceding some of the worst defensive stats this campaign. Their standout attacker is Kaoru Mitoma who sits fourth for expected points (5.81).
  • Kieran Trippier – Newcastle will be hoping to cancel out their torrid start to the season. Their fixtures start to ease this week with a trip to Sheffield United. Full-back Trippier takes his sides set pieces and is expected to hit 5.45 points in the round ahead.

Who else is set to return?

  • Raheem Sterling – Chelsea need to start getting a run of positive results together. However, they may find it tough with a game against Aston Villa next up. Aston Villa are conceding plenty of goals this season though which is why Sterling could be set for 5.33 points.
  • Julian Alvarez – A third Manchester City attacker makes the top 10 this week in the form of Alvarez. The striker hit three returns in his four matches so there is no surprise to see him amongst the top returners (5.31).
  • Bukayo Saka – Arsenal face the in-form Tottenham in Gameweek 6 which could be a massive clash. It could be a surprise to many to see any assets from the game in the top 10 but Saka makes it amongst the best (5.20).
  • Bryan Mbeumo – Currently the highest scoring midfielder in the game comes up against an Everton side struggling to pick up results. Mbeumo looks set for another return with 5.13 points.
  • Martin Odegaard – Arsenal look set for a big week against local rivals Tottenham. Odegaard completes the top 10 for Gameweek 6 with 5.02 points.
