Best differentials for FPL Gameweek 10

The Premier League season continues which means the fantasy season does too. With that in mind, we provide the best differentials for FPL Gameweek 10 with the help of the Fantasy Football Scout fixture ticker and underlying stats.

Looking at the best differentials for FPL Gameweek 10 can be really useful for fantasy managers. Differentials are lowly owned players (less than 10% owned) that can help towards gaining rank and an edge over your competition.

Fixtures

Gabriel Martinelli – 4.6%

Arsenal have one of the easiest fixtures an FPL manager could ask for this week. The in-form London club come up against Sheffield United. The Blades continue to disappoint fans after picking up just one point from their nine matches so far.

In terms of their defensive data Sheffield United rank the worst for goals conceded (24), the worst for shots in the box conceded (123), the worst for total attempts conceded (190) and the worst for big chances conceded (34). One of the best players to scrutinise their data is Gabriel Martinelli (£7.7m). The Brazilian racked up a huge 198 points in FPL last season which shows how effective he can be. Since Martinelli has returned from injury he’s already manage to convert scoring against holders Manchester City.

Douglas Luiz – 4.4%

Aston Villa have another home game this week where they can claim their 12th home victory in a row. Aston Villa aren’t just winning games though they’re also extremely convincing as they sit second best in the league for goals scored.

Luton remain one of the best teams to target in the league from a defensive point of view. Douglas Luiz (£5.5m) continues to fly under the radar this season. The midfielder takes his sides set pieces and penalties which gives him more routes to points. Luiz has also banked at least one return in four of his first nine matches including two double-digit returns.

Cole Palmer – 1.8%

Things are looking up for Chelsea recently. The Blues have claimed three victories in their last four in all competitions but they’ve also netted at least two in three of them too. The Chelsea frontline is firing and will have confidence going into their next game against Brentford.

Interestingly Chelsea have improved since Cole Palmer’ (£4.9m) introduction. The midfielder has claimed three back-to-back returns in as many matches which highlights his top form in general. Palmer seems to be Chelsea’ penalty taker after taking and converting his last three.

Simon Adingra

It’s a quad of midfielders that make that cut this week and now we head to Brighton. Brighton have been averaging well over two goals scored per game this season and sit third best in the league for goals scored (22). They also rank second best for big chances total (30) and joint first for shots on target (57).

The injury to Solly March is a huge loss for the Seagulls but it does open up more reliable game time for Simon Adingra (£5m). Adingra has been starting for Brighton and has in fact collected two returns in his last five games. Adingra faces a leaky Fulham side up next so could have huge potential.
