Key moments

Christian Pulisic has a fantastic opportunity to score. He was slipped in and was one-on-one with the goalkeeper but Andries Noppert (£4.5m) makes a fantastic save.
GOAL! Denzel Dumfries releases the ball from the right-wing which connects with Memphis Depay on the edge of the box who coolly slots the ball into the net. 1-0 to Netherlands!
USA are creating and pushing, their growing into the game.
Sergino Dest breaks into the Netherlands box but his shot is blocked.
GOAL! Just before half time defender Daly Blind (£5.5m) takes a short pass from Denzel Dumfries and unleashes a shot which bulges the net. 2-0 to Netherlands!

Midfielder Davy Klaassen (£6m) is replaced during the break.
Midfielder Steven Bergwijn (£7m) steps onto the field.
The second half is underway.
USA defender Tim Ream (£4.5m) has a great chance to score but his shot is brilliantly cleared, preventing a goal.
Midfielder Teun Koppmeiners (£5.5m) places a shot from the edge of the box but goalkeeper Matt Turner (£4.5m) makes a great save to prevent the goal. Memphis Depay attempts to score the rebound but Matt Turner is there again to deny him.
GOAL! Christian Pulisic squares the ball to striker Haji Wright (£5m) who beats Andries Noppert and scores!
GOAL! Netherlands respond. Daly Blind sends a brilliant cross into the box and Denzel Dumfries is at the back post to strike!
The match ends 3-1 to Netherlands.

Standout World Cup Fantasy performances

Denzel Dumfries came out on top. His 14 points consisted of two assists and one goal. Fellow defender Daly Blind wasn’t far behind after hitting 11 points for his goal and assist. Memphis Depay collected seven points for his goal. Christian Pulisic picked up six points for his assist whilst his teammate Haji Wright matched that with his goal.

USA played worse than I thought they would whilst Netherlands were lethal on the counterattack. It is nice to see Denzel Dumfries hitting attacking returns because he was underwhelming in the group stages. Memphis Depay looks very sharp again and we could see him and Denzel Dumfries combining for goals like they used to once more.
