We answer one of the most important questions in the FPL community, what do the FA Cup results mean for FPL? Overviewing the fixtures changes that have taken place due to the Cup results and how that affects the fixture schedule.

We are approaching one of the most significant parts of the season in fantasy football. The upcoming blank and double Gameweeks will be an extremely popular time for managers to utilise their chips, so what do the FA Cup results mean for FPL?

Gameweek 28

Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brentford, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Leeds, Leicester, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, Southampton, Tottenham and Wolves all have a fixture in Gameweek 28.

Teams that do not have a fixture include Brighton, Fulham, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and West Ham.

Gameweek 29

All teams have a fixture this week. The teams that have just one game include Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Manchester City, Southampton, Tottenham and Wolves.

The teams with two fixtures and therefore have a double Gameweek include Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton, Chelsea, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest and West Ham United.

Gameweek 32

The FA Cup results have had a significant impact on Gameweek 32. Originally Gameweek 32 was scheduled as a large blank Gameweek. Teams that could still blank in Gameweek 32 include Brighton, Chelsea, Fulham, Leeds, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Teams that have fixtures in Gameweek 32 include Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brentford, Crystal Palace, Everton, Leicester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, Southampton, Tottenham, West Ham and Wolves.

However there is almost a certain chance that Brighton and Manchester City will be a blank and one of Fulham v Leeds and Manchester United v Chelsea, with a maximum of two teams blanking this week.
