Top picks for GAFFR Gameweek 10

The new Championship campaign continues which means the fantasy game does too! Because of this we provide the top picks for GAFFR Gameweek 10 with the help of our expert GAFFR manager @TomP_FF.

Looking through the top picks for GAFFR Gameweek 10 can be extremely useful for other managers within the Championship Fantasy community. Knowing who the best players to pick are will also help managers make decisions around transfers, captaincy and even chips.

Defenders – Leif Davis (£5.1m)

The flying full-back faces a home match against Hull in the round ahead. Davis has become one of the most exciting picks in the game since the start of the season and he has already proved his attacking output by registering two assists.

Darnell Furlong (£6.0m)

West Brom have shown they have defensive strength recently – keeping two full clean sheets in the last two matches. They have a great opportunity next up against one of the worst teams in the league, Sheffield Wednesday, and Furlong has picked up two attacking returns in his last three games.

Midfielders – Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (£7.8m)

Its been a great start to the campaign by Leicester as they sit top of the league. One of their most talismanic players is this man who has already racked up three goals and three assists. He is also great for bonus points and always a good captaincy pick.

John Swift (£10.1m)

Sheffield Wednesday sit rock bottom of the league after a very poor start to the season. The newly promoted side are a team to target and one of the best ways to do that is via John Swift. Swift has been excellent for the Baggies recently – scoring four goals and producing one assist.

Forwards – Joel Piroe (£10.0m

Leeds are another team we should look at this week. They come up against London club QPR next who remain a team to target after shipping three goals in two of their four last games. The standout pick in attack is of course this man who has bagged an impressive four goals in just six matches for his new club.

Conor Chaplin (£6.5m)

There is no stopping the Ipswich train this season. The promoted side have won five of their last six matches and have been beaten just once. Leading the attack is Conor Chaplin has already amassed three goals and two assists and has a great opportunity to extend that against Hull.

Differentials – James Justin (£6.4m)

Preston had a great start to their season but they could be in the midst of a bump in the road – picking ip just one point from their last two matches. Another great defensive pick this week could be James Justin who has started the last two matches for the Foxes.

Riley McGree (£6.9m)

Middlesbrough look like they could be coming out of their slump – winning all three of their last matches in all competitions and scoring seven goals. One of their most effective attackers during that time was Riley McGree who banked three goals and one assist in his last three games.

Morgan Whittaker (£6.2m)

Plymouth are another promoted side whom have started their new season well and there is no shortage of goals from them either (17). Whittacker could be a great option this week. The 22-year-old has already returned four goals and three assists from nine matches making him one of the most in-form attackers in the division.
