Notes
- Philadelphia have the highest clean sheet odds this week, so I’ve gone with Andre Blake on the front end of my ‘keeperoo. Roman Celentano will be my fallback. FC Cincinnati have three clean sheets in a row and I expect Charlotte to struggle without the injured Pep Biel.
- In defence, I’ve paired Blake and Celentano with the offensively minded Kai Wagner and Luca Orellano, respectively.
- My other three defenders – Alex Freeman, Anthony Markanich and Dante Sealy – also have attacking potential and have all scored in recent weeks, with Markanich on a run of four goals in his last six appearances.
- Evander and Martín Ojeda were among the first names in my squad this week, closely followed by Anders Dreyer and Carles Gil. Evander will be my captain should Lionel Messi miss the Orlando game, which looks likely at the time of writing.
- Emil Forsberg currently has the last midfield spot. Both Forsberg and the Red Bulls have flattered to deceive for most of this season, but he is capable of monster hauls when he’s on his game and has a favourable home fixture this week.
- Upfront, Messi gets the captaincy until we get confirmation that he’s ruled out, with Tai Baribo, Denis Bouanga and Prince Owusu in contention to replace him if so.
- Lucho Acosta’s imminent departure increases the appeal of Petar Musa, who also makes my team.
- My final forward slot is currently occupied by Kelvin Yeboah, who faces a defensively suspect Colorado team who have just lost Đorđe Mihailović.

Notes
- In goal, I’m currently looking at Ivacic on the front end of my keeperoo with a home matchup against a DC United side that are winless in their last nine matches.
- Dayne St.Clair is currently my fallback should Ivacic fail to keep a clean sheet.
- In defence, Kai Wagner was an easy inclusion due to his offensive potential and a favourable matchup at home to Toronto.
- Ian Pilcher also makes my team, the San Diego defender has amassed 14 bonus points due to his passing.
- My final two defenders are currently Dante Sealy and Biro.
- In midfield, I’ve gone with Evander, Martin Ojeda and Hany Mukhtar all of whom have been some of the standout performers this season.
- I’m also looking at Carles Gil and Philip Zinckernagel.
- Up front, Denis Bouanga currently makes my team but that’s subject to change as he’s rumoured to move to Club America.
- I’m also looking at Prince Owusu and Petar Musa.

Notes
- No DGW and big injuries to Messi, Pep Biel change the landscape this week.
- NE and PHI have good early matchups for the bench.
- LAFC – will be interesting to see how Son affects Bouanga, so I will watch for line-ups there.
- Evander could take advantage of the CLT midfield, but they will come out defensively.
- NSH have been hot, so I will stay with Surridge on the road.
- Forsberg can get scrubbed if the midfield bench hits, may play around with this setup.
- Captaincy is still up in the air here, but Evander certainly gets a long look here.

Notes
- The best two CS chances are Philadelphia and Minnesota, which is why I’m stacking both.
- There are a lot of home matchups with high upside this weekend as well. Ojeda, Gil and Evander are mids I’m targeting for that reason and my three forwards are too.
- The two away matchups I like are San Diego at SKC and Nashville at STL. That is why I have Dreyer and Najar, and am heavily considering Surridge/Mukhtar and Chucky.
- Forsberg is my differential this week. RSL is coming off a stretch of Leagues Cup games and is either going to rotate or will be tired. I like his upside this week, as well as ECM.
