LiveFPL GW30 Deadline: Ownership and Chips data
LiveFPL provides fantastic detail regarding player ownership, chip usage and captaincy. As a result, this is what Gameweek 30 looks like.
LiveFPL: Top 10k Ownership
In this Gameweek of just four matches, many FPL managers have proceeded with fewer than 11 players. Therefore, the effective ownership (EO) numbers are generally quite low, although Harry Kane still reached 150% amongst the top 10k.
The other participants with over 50% ownership are Bukayo Saka, Matt Doherty, Dejan Kulusevski, Son Heung-min, Raphinha and Raul Jimenez. However, Friday night has already seen Raphinha miss out because of Covid. Then came the Jimenez red card. Over 93% of captains amongst the top 10k belong to Spurs duo Kane and Son.
LiveFPL: Chip Usage
Over 838,000 managers used a Free Hit this week, including 13.6% of the top 10k. There was virtually no overall usage of Bench Boost for obvious reasons, whilst Triple Captain and Wildcard are barely used.
LiveFPL: Gameweek Free Hits
Analysing the usual Wildcard template feels pointless this time. So here is the template Free Hit squad for Gameweek 30.
Those heavily-reliant on Wolves defenders were stunned by how last night’s second half developed. Jose Sa, Conor Coady and Romain Saiss combine for over 171% ownership. It’s also interesting to see more Matty Cash ownership than any Arsenal defender. Sergio Reguilon is favoured to Doherty overall, possibly due to the slight chance of rotation for the latter.
Elsewhere, James Maddison is the Leicester midfielder of choice over Harvey Barnes and Ivan Toney is in for his fantastic form. Seven goals have come during his last four starts. No surprise to see Saka and Philippe Coutinho join the strong Spurs contingent.
