Injuries

As always, Ben Dinnery brings us the all-important injury news ahead of the deadline and some of the biggest news comes from Manchester City, where big names Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden won’t be available for the start of the season. They may not be the only absentees either.

Pep will assess his returning internationals on an individual basis: Ederson, Jesus, Walker, Stones & Sterling are all doubts for Sunday. “A few players get their condition so quick. Others need a little bit more time. We will see the weight, body fat and how they arrive." #MCFC
