FPL experts in Gameweek 22

We take a look at some of the FPL experts in Gameweek 22. With Gameweek 22 approaching, we check out what some of the most elite managers have been talking about in the build up to the latest round of Fantasy Premier League.

Looking at what some of the FPL experts in Gameweek 22 are talking about could be highly beneficial to other managers. Whether they discuss expected minutes, potential transfer targets, chip strategy or other key factors, it can all help to provide clarity within our own teams.

@FPLReaction (Louis)

Fantasy Football Scout and Fantasy Football Community contributor mentioned, backed up by a good source, that Chelsea defender Reece James (£5.7m) may start in Gameweek 22. This could perk up the interest of many managers within the community.

Chelsea have some great fixtures coming up and also have key players returning back from injury. Amongst those returning from injury is left back Ben Chilwell (£5.8m). With two key players back and good fixtures ahead, the Chelsea assets could start gaining more attraction in FPL.

@LetsTalk_FPL

Well respected manager and content creator @LetsTalk_FPL (Andy) highlighted something very important ahead of the Leeds Cup match. Leeds striker Wilfried Gnonto (£5m) was not in the squad for their match against Accrington.

At the time of writing, Leeds are scheduled to have a double Gameweek against Manchester United and Crystal Palace. Because of this, along with Gnonto, many could also be considering the likes of midfielder Rodrigo (£6.4m) who also failed to make the starting line-up.

@FplMode

Experienced FPL manager and content creator @FplMode (Andy) created a very interesting poll this week. The poll determined whether many managers within the community would be buying, selling or holding Arsenal midfielder Gabriel Maritnelli (£6.7m).

Arsenal have been one of the best teams in the league this season to invest in. Due to their relentless scoring form, more of their attacking options are gaining interest. Gabriel Martinelli has also blanked in his last three matches and could also be blocking a move to their in-form players like striker Eddie Nketiah (£6.7m) or midfielder Bukayo Saka (£8.2m) within fantasy teams.

@FPL_Harry

Content creator and Fantasy Football Scout contributor created a fantastic graphic in the build up to the new round. The graphic maps out normal Gameweeks, double Gameweeks and blank Gameweeks coming up in the fixture schedule.

Double Gameweeks and blank Gameweeks can be the most significant weeks in any given season. Many within the FPL community tend to utilise their chips during these periods so taking that into account, the graphic Harry made could be extremely helpful.

@Hibbo_FPL

Fantasy Football Scout contributor and all around experienced fantasy football manager @Hibbo_FPL gave some very good advice this week. One of the biggest issues with managing a season is when to make transfers within our teams.

Hibbo made a great thread highlighting some of the reasons, in a well built Twitter thread, why making an early transfer is not a good idea. Be sure to give the thread read.
