In this article I will review the Gameweek just gone and look ahead to GW3 in Sky Fantasy Football.

Gameweek 2 Review

In terms of transfers, Gibbs White and Salah were sold on Sunday to take advantage of Chelsea’s upcoming matches. They disappointed against West Ham but I’m hoping Thiago Silva and Jackson return big against Luton and Forest!

On paper, the team looks much better this week.
My captains are set to be Thiago Silva (Friday), Bukayo Saka (Saturday) and Erling Haaland (Sunday). All three are the best option on their day in my opinion.
Transfers wise, I may buy Salah back on Sunday for Marcus Rashford or Bukayo Saka. The former is expendable as I don’t think I will captain him until GW9 at the earliest. In the case of the latter, I have Saliba to cover any captaincies. Apart from that I’m not looking to do anything. However, for those who want to attack Man City – this Sunday is the time to jump on.

October TV Selections

One other piece of Sky news announced over the weekend was the October TV selections. The matches have fallen kindly for Sky FF managers in the main. The key takeaway for me is two single game days for Spurs. As a result I’ve pencilled in Nakamba to Bissouma the Saturday of GW4.
