1. Wilf Zaha
Zaha has returned 35 FPL points since Gameweek 28 and in that time he has scored four goals. Of the midfielders in the game only Son Heung-Min and Kai Havertz have scored more in that period.
Zaha is Palace’s top goal scorer this season with 12 goals. In Gameweek 32 Palace play Watford. Watford have failed to return any points in the Premier League since Gameweek 31. In that period they have conceded 14 goals which bodes well for Zaha’s attacking potential.
2. Cristiano Ronaldo
Ronaldo has returned in all of his last four appearances in the Premier League. The Manchester United forward has averaged 10 points per match in this period. Manchester United face Brighton in Gameweek 36. Brighton have conceded in seven of their last eight home matches.
Indeed opponents Brighton have conceded 22 goals at home this season, only six teams have conceded more goals than the Seagulls. This means that Ronaldo should have plenty of opportunity to return in Gameweek 36.
3. Ivan Toney
Toney is Brentford’s top scorer this season. The forward has returned 12 goals so far this season. He is also top for attacking returns at Brentford with 16.
Brentford face Southampton in Gameweek 36. Southampton will be without defender Tino Livramento following his injury in Gameweek 34 which will keep him out to the new year. Brentford have scored nine goals in the last six Gameweeks, only five teams have scored more. Toney has had 22 of Brentford’s 90 goal attempts in the last six Gameweeks. In addition more big chances have fallen to Toney than any other Brentford player in this period.
