Transfers and gossip up to June 3rd

As the leagues come to their conclusion around Europe and the rest of the world, many will be looking to buy, loan or sell players. We catchup with the transfers and gossip up to June 3rd with the help of top tier source Fabrizio Romano and other reliable sources.

Overviewing the transfers and gossip up to June 3rd can be a huge help for fantasy managers around the world. Whether it affects Fantasy Premier League, UCL Fantasy or another Fantasy game, we look at what the deal could mean for the player or team from a fantasy point of view.

Wolves release players

News broke that Wolves have released three players. One of those include Adama Traore whom Wolves hope to keep. Traore scored just two goals and created one assist from 34 league matches this season. Another of the players released is a player they brought in in the most recent season, Diego Costa.

Costa was also disappointing, scoring just one goal in his 23 league matches this season. The third player released by Wolves is Portuguese midfielder Joao Moutinho. The 36-yeard-old spent five years at Wolves.

Nottingham Forest release players

Nottingham Forest have also released players this week. One of them is attacker Jesse Lingard. He had a great run with West Ham on loan from Manchester United in 20/21 bagging nine goals and four assists.

Unfortunately Lingard failed to continue his West Ham form when he signed for Nottingham Forest last season, starting just 12 games without any goals or assists.

Lionel Messi to leave PSG

It has been revealed that Lionel Messi will definitely leave French giants PSG at the end of the season. Argued as the best player in the world the 35-year-old collected a whopping 16 goals and 16 assists in Ligue 1 this season, proving he still has what it takes to compete at a high level.

Rumours also suggest that full-back Achraf Hakimi, winger Neymar and centre-back Sergio Ramos could also leave PSG at the end of the season. All four are arguably amongst their best players which is concerning and could even lead to a complete rebuild.

Raphael Guerreiro leaves Dortmund

Dortmund could also face a player exodus this summer. After failing to secure a win on the final day which would have seen them clinch the Bundesliga title, left-back Raphael Guerreiro has confirmed he will be leaving this summer.

Guerreiro has been fantastic for both club and country over recent years. The 29-year-old banked four goals and an impressive 12 assists in the German league this season so there could be plenty of suitors. UCL Fantasy managers will be keen to see which club he joins.

Is Kai Havertz on his way to Real Madrid?

Real Madrid look to have set their sights on Chelsea forward Kai Havertz this summer. The Spanish side will be looking to add to their offensive line after news broke that star man Karim Benzema could be searching for a new club.

FPL and UCL fantasy managers could be hoping that this deal goes ahead. The German international has been a frustrating own this season. The 23-year-old has managed just seven goals and one assist in 35 Premier League matches this season.

Rafa Leao signs a new contract

AC Milan winger Rafa Leao has been on the radar of many European clubs over the last year. The Italian managed a decent 13 goals and eight assists in his 34 Serie A matches this season. He has signed a new contract with his side which is valid until 2028.

UCL managers will be particularly interested in this deal but will be hoping UCL Fantasy change his position from a forward to a midfielder in the next campaign.

Declan Rice on the move?

Highly regarded as one of the best central midfielders in world football, Declan Rice could finally be leaving West Ham. Rice has been monitored by some of the best clubs in Europe for some time with teams like Chelsea, Arsenal and Bayern all interested.

As we can see below Arsenal will submit an official bid after the Europa League final. What we cannot see below is that Bayern are also serious about Rice. The new Bayern coach has placed Rice as a high priority transfer in.
