Top picks – Defenders – Leif Davis

With the above in mind it could be wise to invest in the West Brom defence. One way of doing just that would be via Darnell Furlong (£6m). Although expensive he looks assured for at least one clean sheet this week and he’s already shown threat this season with a goal and an assist as well.

Differential defender – Cody Drameh

A good differential defender option this week could be Cody Drameh (£6m). Birmingham have actually had a decent start to the campaign as they sit eighth in the league and they could improve that in their next match against Hull. Midfielders – Crysencio Summerville
