Gameweek 10 Form Vs Fixture Charts

Gameweek 10

As we head into Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 10, which teams have the best balance of form and fixtures?

Manchester City and Liverpool will be looking to extend their unbeaten runs through Gameweek 10 and beyond.

Gameweek 10

Front Runner

Arsenal lead the way, with an incredible 6 game winning run. Despite the schedule stiffening for Arsenal beyond Gameweek 10, there’s still plenty of options to consider: Aubameyang and Lacazette are still vying for our attention, with Ozil also an option in midfield. Bellerin gives plenty of attacking intent, but clean sheets have been hard to come by so far.

Form Teams

Liverpool and Manchester City are unbeaten in this run, with at least one significant win in this period tooFor Liverpool, the defence are performing much better than the attack, with Robertson and Alisson the most assured of regular starts. Salah is the choice attacker against the weak upcoming opposition, but Mane and Firmino should also be considered here for Gameweek 1o. The Manchester City defence have been imperious, and may still be able to grind out clean sheets against Spurs and Manchester United: Mendy is the favourable attacking option here, with Ederson and Laporte the safer and cheaper route into the defence. Aguero remains the standout attacker, despite limited minutes. Sterling should see more regular gametime following his rest. Spurs have four consecutive wins, although the scorelines have been somewhat underwhelming. Clean sheets may be tricky given injuries and the fixtures, but Trippier has been consistently providing and among the bonus points. Kane should be boosted in attack by the returns of Eriksen and Dembele.

Fixture Teams

Leicester have the pick of the fixtures, with options across the pitch. Vardy is the star striker, with Maddison fantastic in the supporting role. In defence, clean sheets should be achievable against the upcoming opposition: Maguire provides the set piece threat, with Chilwell and Periera the more attacking options. The latter is out of position. Elsewhere, Watford and Newcastle have particularly good runs, despite struggling for form over recent games. Pereyra got a goal last time out and looks the pick of the attackers, with Holebas returning from suspension in defence. Consider Lascelles or Ritchie as punts for Newcastle.
Before you disappear… Take a look at the Fixture Calendar, to see who has the best run for Gameweek 10 and beyond. It’s a busy time for the top six sides and the congested festive fixture schedule is also looming.
