Fantasy Premier League 2019/20 Gameweek 1 Second Draft
After two weeks of tinkering, the GameweekĀ 1 draft of the Fantasy Premier League 2019/20 season has changed.
Fitting Mohammed Salah, Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane into the FPL Gameweek 1 draft squad has been accomplished!

A number of changes have been made to theĀ Gameweek 1 DraftĀ shared a couple of weeks ago. I couldnāt get the thought of having Harry Kane in my side out of my head! This thought was further bolstered by the brilliant community article onĀ No Kane, No Gain.This has led to a change in formation for the team, as we go back to a more traditional 3-5-2 formation. Ryan –> Ederson Laporte ā> Reid Alexander-Arnold ā> Van Dijk Digne ā> Coleman Sigurdsson ā> Jorginho Milivojevic ā> Noble Dendoncker ā> Milivojevic Murray ā> Kane In gaining Kane, Manchester City defensive cover has been retained by Ryan being upgraded to Ederson, in the place of Laporte. Alexander-Arnold has made way for Van Dijk and Coleman is in for Digne to save one million.? NEW COMMUNTIY POST ?

Sacrifices have been made in midfield, to accommodate a premium player, with Sigurdsson and Milivojevic making way for less prevalent penalty takers. However, we have managed to squeeze a Leicester attacker in there!? Got a draft involving the trio of Salah, Sterling & Kane that I donāt hate!

Gameweek 1 Team
Hereās an early look at how our 2019/20 Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 1 team could lineup. With an opening game against promoted Norwich, Mohammed Salah looks to be a firm favourite as captain on opening weekend.
Obviously lots can change between now and the Gameweek 1 deadline on August 9th. The transfer window is open, thereās plenty of pre-season action which could bring injuries.
