@FPLReaction’ team reveal for Gameweek 4
The Premier League season continues so we look to the new round. We bring in Fantasy Football Community and Fantasy Football Scout contributor @FPLReaction to give you his team reveal for Gameweek 4.
As we approach any given deadline, managers will be scrambling for clarity on some of the biggest decisions in the game like transfers and captaincy. Taking a look at @FPLReaction’s team reveal for Gameweek 4 could benefit other managers when making those decisions.
Gameweek 3 review
- Gameweek 3 was basically a copy and paste of Gameweek 2. I managed 56 points which was above the 44-point average.
- I had a rank change from around 400k to 225k which probably doesn’t mean a lot at this stage but I think being at this rank early is a nice head start.
- The big returns came from the likes of Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes and Nicolas Jackson.
- Captaincy wasn’t ideal this week with Haaland’ eight but then I suppose most captained him.
- The biggest regret I had this week was starting William Saliba over Destiny Udogie. I was deliberating who to start out of the two all week but settled on the clean sheet potential and that definitely didn’t work out.
- Other disappointments include Everton’ Pickford who looked close to keeping a clean sheet but failed again. Pervis Estupinan and Bryan Mbeumo had a worse week than I expected as well.
Team Reveal for Gameweek 4
- This is my current set-up for Gameweek 4.
- You can see straight away that I have made an early transfer. I did a straight swap from Gabriel Martinelli to James Maddison. I really like Maddison moving forward and Martinelli really has not convinced me in the early stages of the season.
- I have one free transfer left and have thought about using it to sell Rashford and bring in Sterling. I am on the fence about this move considering the international break could wreak havoc. Because of this I think rolling and having two free transfers for that could be vital. All of that doesn’t stop me thinking that Sterling is a brilliant option moving forward though.
- You can see that I have also decided to play Udogie this week after he sat first on my bench with 12 points in the last round. I think he could have a great week.
- Captaincy is straight forward again this week and I think it’s only a matter of time before Haaland goes big again. Although, if I had to take a risk I would probably opt for Mbeumo against Bournemouth.
- Overall I am fairly happy with my team. Good luck everyone!
