Defence

When it comes to defenders, Manchester City are showing incredible solidarity, and the underlying statistics reflect that case. Liverpool

When it comes to Liverpool, their attack are back to scoring goals, but there’s some uncertainty about the source of goals given Mane’s omission at the weekend. It certainly seemed to benefit Salah’s performance and is a prevalent trend according to these statistics from Adam Hopcroft. Should Mane miss out again midweek, Salah could fly.
