Leeds United assets have been popular throughout the season, with Patrick Bamford currently featuring in a lot of sides. However, he was substituted before the hour mark midweek and the underlying statistics show Leeds goalscoring form is starting to drop. Bakar presents the case.
Interesting to note the drastic drop in Leeds' recent attacking numbers:
Leeds GW 1-15 v GW 16-20 (with league ranks in brackets)
Shots in the box per game: 10.7 (1st) v 7.5 (11th)
Big chances per game: 2.3 (7th) v 0.75 (18th)
Average xG per game: 1.7 (2nd) v 0.8 (15th)#FPL

Mo Salah has been in a torrid run of form, blanking in six consecutive games which is unheard of for him. However, Liverpool have started to produce some more encouraging numbers. Should we now be sticking with their attack but perhaps consider Sadio Mane or Roberto Firmino over Mo Salah?
📊Mane vs Firmino vs Salah since GW15:
📌Shots- 19 vs 19 vs 13
📌SoT- 6 vs 6 vs 2
📌SiB- 18 vs 16 vs 10
📌Big chances- 5 vs 4 vs 3
📌xG- 2.91 vs 2.51 vs 1.51
📌xA- 2.09 vs 1.25 vs 1.06
📌Points- 34 vs 16 vs 13

Spurs assets are also causing headaches for us now, with Kane injured and the potential impact on Son’s returns. FPL General was one manager set to bring in either Kane or Salah this week, but the events of Thursday has changed that thinking now. What will you do with Son and Kane?
Kane injury is a spanner in the works
Was leaning towards getting him in for Bamford
Not overly keen on getting Son if Kane is out for a while

Ben Crellin presents the data for Son’s output when Harry Kane has been absent in the past. The picture looks positive for his output over this period, but Spurs have played a very different style this season, with Son and Kane scoring and assisting each other in tandem.
Son without Kane (19/20) vs Son (20/21):
Mins – 529 vs 1619
Goals per 90 – 0.68 vs 0.67
Assists/90 – 0.17 vs 0.33
xG/90 – 0.59 vs 0.35
xA/90 – 0.08 vs 0.12
Pen area touches/90 – 5.4 vs 3.6
Attempts/90 – 3.9 vs 2.0
Shots in box/90 – 3.1 vs 1.4
Shots on target/90 – 2.0 vs 1.1

The bookies odds can be very insightful when it comes to nailing down those selections and captaincy. FPL Salah provides the latest clean sheet probabilities: these are particularly useful for anyone making a defensive transfer this week and considering whether a hit would be worth it. Manchester City remain superior here.
