Injuries
Ben Dinnery brought definite news from Southampton regarding the status of Danny Ings. While the knee injury suffered against Aston Villa isn’t as bad as first feared, he will still be absent for a number of weeks and will now be on the sell list for many fantasy managers.Ings to go under the knife: "The worst thing is maybe Danny. We said after the game that we hoped it wasn't bad. It could have been much worse, but at the moment he's out for maybe 4-6 weeks. He's definitely out for now. It's a small surgery but a necessary one." #SaintsFC

West Ham
West Ham have the best fixture swing going into the weekend, but with Michail Antonio potentially still injured, managers are scratching their heads wondering which midfield options might be worth investing in. Fantasy Football Scout compare Bowen and Fornals, with plenty of food for thought.? With Fulham, Sheffield United and Aston Villa in their next three fixtures, FPL managers are now considering bringing in a West Ham player.

At £6.3m & £6.4m there's not much to split Bowen and Fornals, but who is the better pick? pic.twitter.com/AJAH6YzwY0
