Team Reveal
Gameweek 7 was a fairly mediocre one in the end. Only five of my starting XI delivered returns, resulting in a score of 68 points and a small red arrow.
Going into Gameweek 8, I’m either looking to roll another free transfer to have four in GW9 or transfer out Bruno Fernandes for Bukayo Saka. However, I don’t think Saka is a must-own against Fulham, who have the seventh-lowest home xGA so far this season, so I may delay bringing him by one more week.
This is probably the last week that Richarlison and possibly Phil Foden will be in my team too, with Spurs’ and Manchester City’s fixtures beginning to get tougher (although City’s do get better again from GW13).
Saka tops the list of possible Foden replacements if I don’t bring him in for Fernandes this week, with Enzo Fernández, Anthony Gordon and Ismaïla Sarr closely following.

I haven’t settled on a replacement for Richarlison yet, although I’m leaning towards taking money out of the forward line.
My front seven are unchanged from last week, with Fernandes, Foden, Tijjani Reijnders and Antoine Semenyo in midfield and Erling Haaland, João Pedro and Richarlison leading the line.
Haaland is a fairly easy captaincy choice once again.
My only change this week is at the back. David Raya keeps his place alongside Gabriel and Marcos Senesi, with Joe Rodon coming into defence in place of James Tarkowski, who faces a difficult trip to the Etihad. That said, he should easily rack up defcons against City, so a 3- or 4-pointer isn’t completely off the cards
