Expert Differentials for Gameweek 12

Last modified date

In this article we take a look at some FPL expert differentials for Gameweek 12. At the same time @FBLThinker, @FPL_ElStatto, @FplRabbi, @FplShakenbake and @FPLReaction battle it to see who can earn the title ‘Differential King’.

Differentials are players who have low ownership. This means that if those players are successful then they could significantly boost both your rank and mini-league position. This is exactly why differentials are such an important part of the game.

Note: All ownership stats are likely to change.

@FPL_ElStatto

“Evanilson – 1.6% ownership – Bournemouth – £5.9m – four goals in his last six PL games seems to show Evanilson is settling into the PL now. Home to Brighton won’t be an easy game for either side but hopefully we see plenty of goals. Being on penalties always carries the extra threat too”.

@FplRabbi

“Anthony Gordon – 8.6% ownership – Newcastle – £7.2m – West Ham at home is the best it gets at the moment and while many are going for Isak, I think Gordon could have joy this weekend”.

@FplShakenbake

“Pedro Neto – 1.0% ownership – Chelsea – £6.2m – Neto looks to have secured his place in the Chelsea starting line-up, starting the last three games. Within that run, he’s had two attacking returns, and four bonus points. A trip to Leicester looks to be the perfect opportunity to add to those points”.

@FBLThinker

“Darwin Nunez – 2.1% ownership – Liverpool – £7.1m – he plays against Southampton, one of the worst defences in the league. With Jota still not fit, Darwin is expected to start up top and so hopefully gets in amongst the goals”.

@FPLReaction

“Noni Madueke – 7.2% ownership – Chelsea – £6.4m – Chelsea are third in the Premier League for a reason. The Blues have been brilliant and that may not change this week, as they face Leicester. Facing a poor defence, Madueke has a great opportunity to repay the manager, after underperforming on his data so far”.

Gameweek 11 Scoring

  • @FPL_ElStatto – He picked Tottenham midfielder Dejan Kulusevski last time out. The Swedish international claimed just two points, after failing to contribute to their only goal in his sides 2-1 loss to Ipswich.
  • @FplRabbi – Bruno Fernandes was his pick last week. The Manchester United penalty taker managed a mammoth 17 points, due to his two assists and goal against Leicester.
  • @FplShakenbake – He went for Wolves striker Strand Larsen. Wolves won their game against Southampton 2-0, but Larsen failed to get involved and so ended the game with just two points.
  • @FBLThinker – Son Heung-min was his selection for Gameweek 11. Son also failed to contribute to his sides only goal against Ipswich, and picked up just two points.
  • @FPLReaction – James Maddison played just six minutes of the game, of which he couldn’t make an impact. This meant he banked just one point.

Overall Scoring

  • 1st – @FplRabbi – 83 points
  • 2nd – @FPLReaction – 54 points
  • 3rd – @FBLThinker – 53 points
  • 4th – @FplShakenbake – 46 points
  • 5th – @FPL_ElStatto – 44 points
