Buy sell and keep for FPL Gameweek 10

The ninth round of Fantasy Premier League is over so we look to the next and look at which players are a buy sell and keep for FPL Gameweek 10. Whether that be through injury, team and player form or other factors we advise the potential fate of assets in your teams.

Looking at players who are a buy sell and keep for FPL Gameweek 10 could be extremely beneficial to FPL managers. Knowing what to do with assets in your team can ultimately bring clarity with transfer use, captaincy and chip strategy.

Buy

  • Bukayo Saka (£8.5m) – Arsenal don’t just face the worst team in the league next up but they also have great fixtures ahead in general. Saka is the standout option at Arsenal. He takes his side penalties and has already managed to return in six of the seven games he’s played.
  • Gabriel (£4.7m) – Although frustrating in terms of game time Gabriel’ minutes look assured going forward. Arsenal maintain some fantastic defensive data and the cheapest way into the backline is Gabriel.
  • Ollie Watkins (£8.2m) – The Aston Villa striker comes up against a poor Luton side next and has some great fixtures ahead. Watkins has returned in all but one of his matches so far which reflects just how consistent he has been this season.
  • Matty Cash (£5.1m) – Luton aren’t just poor defensively but offensively too. Because of that an Aston Villa defender could be ideal. Cash doesn’t just give you clean sheet potential but he also provides huge goal threat.
  • Kaoru Mitoma (£6.5m) – The Brighton fixtures look to be easing and that starts with a match against a poor Fulham side. Mitoma could be the standout attacking option for his side after two double-digit hauls already banked this season.
  • Mohamed Salah (£12.7m) – Liverpool are in great scoring form and one man stands out above the rest, Salah, He takes his sides penalties but he’s also maintaining one of the best non-penalty expected goal involvements this season.
  • James Maddison (£8.1m) – Tottenham are producing some brilliant attacking data and they come up against Crystal Palace up next. Maddison is integral to the Tottenham attack and he’s registered a return in five of his first eight matches.

Sell

  • Chelsea – The Blues may have won their last couple of matches against weaker opposition but they have a very tough run of fixtures ahead. With that in mind it and the fact that there are much better options elsewhere the Chelsea players could be an easy sell this week.
  • Bryan Mbeumo (£6.7m) – Brentford have been extremely inconsistent as of late and have also failed to convince offensively. Because of that, his own dip in form and output and tough fixtures ahead Mbeumo could well be a sell.
  • Marcus Rashford (£8.8m) – Rashford is going through a major dip in form but his minutes have also been questionable after several early substitutions. The Reds also face Manchester City next up so there could well be plenty of better options elsewhere.
  • Aleksander Isak (£7.5m) and Callum Wilson (£7.8m) – Newcastle may be in strong scoring form but rotation between strikers is constant. Taking into account they are featuring in the Champions League as well along with their increasingly tough schedule both could be a sell.
  • Andy Robertson (£6.6m) -Liverpool have great fixtures ahead but their left-back has suffered a long-term injury.

Hold

  • Pervis Estupinan (£5.1m) – Brighton have some great fixtures coming up so if you have held onto the injured Estupinan for this long you may as well carry on. He is Brighton’ most dangerous defender in terms of attacking potential so has multiple routes to points.
  • Darwin Nunez (£7.4m) – Nunez failed to start the last match due to the international break turn-around. That may put people off but there’s a good chance he starts the next game. He also ranks above most players in the game for big chances total.
  • Erling Haaland (£14m) and Julian Alvarez (£7.1m) – Manchester United may look like a tough game on paper but the Reds have been very disappointing defensively this season. Because of that and their potential both should be held for now.
  • Bruno Fernandes (£8.4m) – Fernandes has been maintaining some great non-penalty expected goal involvement. Although he plays Manchester City next up his fixtures are fantastic after that and he takes his sides penalties. It could be wise to bench Fernandes unless the funds are needed elsewhere.
  • Kieran Trippier (£6.9m) – The fixtures look like their getting tougher for Newcastle but they do face Wolves next. Based on that, the increasing Newcastle defensive strength and his huge assist potential Trippier is an easy hold.
  • Son Heung-min (£9.5m) – Son may be nurturing an injury but he continues to start. He is also playing in a forwards role and takes his sides penalties. Tottenham’ fixtures do get trickier but Crystal Palace could be a good fixture for the in-form attack.
