Rico Henry was the only defender who registered all nine clean sheets.

Ethan Pinnock was the top defender for aerial duals with 213. He was also top defender for tackles with 64.

Jansson was the top defender for interceptions this season with 52, only midfielder Norgaard had more in the Brentford team.

Janson was top across the Brentford team for clearances and blocks. Goalkeeper Raya was top for recoveries with 255.

Overall

There were some great FPL picks at Brentford this season, especially due to their budget enabling price tags. The arrival of Eriksen improved the Brentford attacking threat. The midfielder had 22 goal attempts in 11 appearances. He also created 30 chances, took 54 corners and 14 free kicks. Eriksen’s future is uncertain now that his contract has expired with Brenford, however if he stays in the Premier League he looks to be a great FPL pick. Ahead of the new season FPL managers should once again keep the likes of Toney, Mbeumo and Henry on their watchlist.
