Serie A Fantasy Round 38 Top Picks

Not sure which players to sign this week? If not then you’re in the right place. Our expert @FPL_Crisk shares his Serie A Fantasy Round 38 Top Picks.
Sharing two of the best picks to buy in each position, Crisk aims to help fantasy managers boost their rankings before the end of the season. So without waiting any longer, let’s dive in.
Goalkeepers
Mile Svilar (€5.4m – 35.1%)

The Roma defence feels ok for the final Round of the season. Ranieri’s side need to play as well as they can in order to have a chance to play UCL football next season. At the same time, Torino are stable at mid-table and seem to have dropped the ball recently, with four goalless losses in the last six matches.
Mike Maignan (€6.2m – 14.4%)

Monza at home is the best defensive fixture available, so it would be a disservice not to mention an AC Milan defensive player. After missing out with an injury last week, we have no news about Theo Hernandez yet/ Milan’s back-three and Maignan is pretty nailed anyway, so if you want to go for them the goalkeeper is a solid shout.

Defenders
Giovanni Di Lorenzo (€7.4m – 60.3%)

Friday night’s title battle will be the most anticipated football event of the weekend. Inter at Como and Napoli hosting Cagliari. The league leaders must win to guarantee their second Scudetto in three years, and keeping a clean sheet will be a very important part of that. Five full clean sheets in their last six matches are surely a good omen.
Renato Veiga (€4.8m – 2.2%)

He is the most nailed Juventus defender of the last few weeks, last week he was massively important for me with a double-digit haul while wearing the captaincy armband. Gatti could also be back, but at the moment I don’t believe many managers are on Juve backline due to the lack of options, so Veiga could function as a differential of some kind.
Midfielders
Kenan Yildiz (€5.6m – 73.9%)

Those who kept him through his two-round suspension will be delighted with his two assists against Lecce. Venezia will be a tough opponent to crack, with their Serie A future in jeopardy, but they need to win, which could make them more open for the Turkish wonderkid to strike again.
Jacopo Fazzini (€4.4m – 1.9%)

Empoli were with their backs against the wall two Rounds ago. Since then they showed up and won two consecutive matches, putting them two points above relegation. A huge part of that was due to Fazzini, who can boast three goals and one assist in the last five. The 22 year old seems to be the talisman of the team, and can prove himself once more at home vs Verona.
Forwards
Romelu Lukaku (€11.0m – 32.1%) and Marcus Thuram (€9.4m – 78.0%)

The title race could easily be decided by the feet of either of these guys. Both teams need to win in what surely will be an interesting Friday night of football. Lukaku is the main man from Napoli, with over 20 seasonal returns, and deadly from the penalty spot. Thuram will have to carry Inter’s attack, as Lautaro Martinez probably won’t be fit enough to play for the whole match.
