FPL Gameweek 38 Q and A: Sell Salah? Who is the best Striker to buy? Best punts?

Are you struggling to make decisions ahead of the deadline? Many managers within the community are undecided on various assets this week, but fear not, we brought in @FPLReaction for a FPL Gameweek 38 Q and A.
Sell Salah?

I think this totally depends on what you want from the final round. If you are looking to maintain rank, then I don’t think selling Salah is wise. Liverpool are still scoring goals and the Egyptian continues to start matches.
On the other hand, If you’re chasing rank, then I would sell. In fact, I did sell around two Gameweeks ago, and he blanked on both occasions. Unfortunately for me though, my replacement (Kevin De Bruyne) has done nothing at all since. So, be sure to pick your replacement carefully, or not and go for a total punt!
Is Isak fit, and what to do with him?

The above is the latest update regarding Isak and his fitness. Ideally Newcastle need to beat Everton in Gameweek 38 to secure a Champions League spot for next season, so I imagine they’ll be desperate to get him back into the starting XI.
However, even if he is fit, I’m not sure how many minutes he is going to play. I also don’t think Everton will be easy opposition for the Magpies. There are so many great striker options for the final round, including the likes of Watkins, Evanilson, Wissa, Haaland etc. So, selling Isak could be a good move.

Which player should I target this week?

There are several players I would love to own this week to be honest. Ideally you want to bring in and own players who have something to play for, but ignoring players with nothing to play for but with good fixtures could be unwise.
For me, I’m looking at Bukayo Saka this week. Saka hasn’t been great since returning back from his injury, but I think a meeting with the already-relegated Southampton is too good an opportunity to ignore.
Who is the best striker to buy this week?

This is a tough one. I like a lot of forwards this week, but the one that is really standing out to me at the moment is Yoane Wissa. Brighton’ 4-2 win against Brighton, 4-3 win v Manchester United and a 3-2 loss versus Fulham all show that the Bees are in fantastic scoring form heading into the final week.
Gameweek 38 sees Wissa up agianst the fourth worst defence in the league this season, Wolves. With Five goals and two assists in just his previous six league matches, Wissa is one of the most in-form players in the division, and I think he can add to that this week.
Do you like any punts this week?

It depends what you would label a punt. When it comes to popularity, Jarrod Bowen still has just 15% of ownership, which I find shocking based on his current form. Bowen has returned in every one of this last five matches, and this week faces off with an awful Ipswich defence next.
There are plenty of other players you can go for. Hot on my list are the likes of Bowen, Saka, Wissa, but if you wanted to go even more punty, then the likes of Martin Odegaard, Justin Kluivert, and Matheus Cunha could have success.
