We’re down to the final two matchdays of the season and although Bayern are officially the champions, there is still matters up for grabs both in the European spots and the relegation battle. I’m 43rd going into the last two weeks and hoping I can use some differentials like the below to finish strongly!
Defenders
Rasmus Kristensen – 10m
Frankfurt are pretty much set in securing a UCL spot for next season and the marauding fullback has a match against Pauli to fully lock this in. Frankfurt have found their scoring boots again recently and I like him as a differential.
Josip Stanišić – 12m
Stanisic has found himself as a starter for Bayern over the last few weeks/months. So, I expect him to get a run out again vs a timid Gladbach. This is a home match for Bayern and I expect them to put on a show, with Stanisic racking up passes as well as duals.
Julian Ryerson – 12m
A Dortmund player vs Leverkusen may have seen silly a matter of weeks ago. But, since then Dortmund have kicked on to be one of the form teams, trying to secure a (very) late UCL spot. They have it all to play for whilst Leverkusen are the opposite and I expect Ryerson to rack up a decent score.

Midfielders
Paul Nebel – 6m
Mainz are still fighting for Europe. Therefore of the holy budget quartet of ACM, Bischoff, Bero and Nebel, I’m backing Paul to secure the goods for us this week in a good match up vs fighting Bochum.
Xavi Simons – 17m
For those who are really willing to back against Wirtz and a Leverkusen side who are dejected (and seemingly in a mess only a season on from being unbeaten), Simons is a great shout for a Leipzig team battling for Europe. The mercurial Dutchman could even be a star candidate for those brave enough.
Patrick Wimmer – 10m
Under a new manager, Wimmer has been a bright spark for Wolfsburg and has a habit of hitting decent scores even without any attacking returns. New manager bounce and a Friday night game should be a good opportunity to go different and potentially be on to a Wimmer (Sorry for the awful pun…).
Forwards
Thomas Müller – 10m
These last two matches should be a victory parade for Bayern and a proper send off for Muller. Although he hasn’t managed to hit any huge scores since starting the last few weeks, we saw last season with Reus how a legend coming to his close can deliver big scores as players look to find him.
Serhou Guirassy – 19m
Despite getting Kane back into your team may seem like the logical pick, Guirassy has been cooking. Again, Leverkusen looks a bad match-up. However, I can see Dortmund scoring 2-3 goals and we know who will be the man delivering.
Phil Harres – 3m
Harres was our budget hero earlier in the season. In addition, with Machino seemingly picking up an injury, he may have a chance again to make it into our teams and gives us hope of his hauls from before.
