Fantasy EFL Team Reveal for Gameweek 36

Not sure how to set up for the round ahead? Don’t worry, we bring in our expert @FPLEdgeworth to share his Fantasy EFL Team Reveal for Gameweek 36.

Let’s discover who our expert has picked for each position, his favourite team picks, and who he is going to captain!

Team Reveal

In goal is James Trafford. He’s kept 28 clean sheets in 40 games – an outstanding record. Burnley face Norwich at home on Friday night, and with promotion on the line, another clean sheet looks likely.

First up in defence is Curtis Tilt. Salford have a double gameweek, and Tilt has averaged over six points per game in his last five. With two chances to return, he’s one of the top picks this week.

My captain is Tom Anderson of Doncaster, who also has a double gameweek. Like Tilt, he’s averaged just over six points per game in his last five. With slightly easier fixtures, he edges it for the armband.

Completing my backline is Maxime Estève, another Burnley defender. He’s helped the team to 29 clean sheets in 41 games and has averaged nearly nine points per game over the last five, including three double-digit returns.

In midfield, I’m going with Luke Molyneux. He’s hit six or more points in each of his last seven games. With a double gameweek and that kind of form, he’s a must-have.

Next is Ossama Ashley. Since returning from injury, he’s earned 18 points in three games – mostly from interceptions. He’s a reliable, low-risk option for consistent returns.

Leading the line is Charlie Kelman. He’s scored 17 goals and provided seven assists in 41 games. In his last six, he’s racked up six goals and one assist, making him a strong single-gameweek pick.

Teams to Target

Doncaster are one of only two teams with a double. That second fixture guarantees another shot at points, and if they win the first, they could end up as one of the week’s top scorers.

Salford also have a double. With two fixtures, there’s more room for returns. Even if they struggle in one, the second game gives them a safety net—making them a solid team to back.
