Community: Fixture Difficulty

The community consider the FPL fixture difficulty for the 2019/20 Fantasy Premier League season.

There’s Fantasy Premier League fixture difficulty charts and in depth analysis from our Community XI.

Before checking out the fixture difficulty, make sure that you join the community in our Mini League. To be a part of The FF Community Shield, with scoring from Gameweek 1, manually enter our league code: gim566.

FPLkernow has produced a fantastic graphic detailing when each Premier League side has their easiest fixture difficulty, by avoiding our traditional top six sides.

2. Amy

Amy has produced an appealing hand written fixture difficulty chart with colour coding. This chart takes into account bookies relegation odds to decipher the difficulty of each game.

First 13 gameweeks for anyone who likes to plan ahead.

Difficulty rating is based on online relegation odds.

3. Bayer

Tim Bayer uses powerful Tableau software to produce a fixture tracker for the entire season. There are some updates new for the 2019/20 Fantasy Premier League season.

It’s the short term schedule which is most important to FPL managers. FPL Vs outlines the opening six gameweeks and considers the defensive qualities of the opposition using last seasons data.

6. School

FPL School gives his fixture ratings in a popular Twitter thread. It’s the first four games in mind and a simple emoji rating for whether or not it’s a favourable fixture.

7. Tips

FPL Tips considers the fixtures on YouTube, with particular focus on rotating pairs. All of our clubs have a paired team for home/away and other sides dovetail nicely for easy or hard fixtures.

8. Legomane

A new feature for the Premier League this season is the new Winter Break in February. It looks as though it won’t have huge implications for FPL, with just a longer gameweek.

9. Hints

FPL Hints returns with his annual instalment of the Fixture Difficulty Rating in the opening four gameweeks. With many managers planning to wildcard in the first International Break, it’s a helpful spell to consider.

10. Rebant

Rebant shares an interesting fixture difficulty graphic with the community which charts the trend of fixture challenge for some of the most high profile teams in the Premier League.

Came across a very interesting viz by @GeorgeBall95 late last night and realised something similar could be done for FPL as well.
