Best budget enablers for Gameweek 22

We reel off some of the best budget enablers for Gameweek 22 with the help of the fantastic tools available in the Fantasy Football Scout members area. We also take into consideration form, fixtures and stats to help us.

Looking at some of the best budget enablers for Gameweek 22 can be hugely beneficial to FPL managers. Cheap players help enable funds elsewhere within our fantasy teams which also aids fitting in the more pricier options in the game.

Fixtures

Below we can see the fixtures for Gameweek 22 in difficulty order. The teams with the easiest fixtures lay at the top all the way down to the teams with the toughest fixtures at the bottom.

Casemiro

Manchester United rank first on the fixture ticker. They face Crystal Palace and Leeds in the round ahead. The Reds have been sustaining some of the best offensive stats in the league as of late and their opponents have been conceding some of the worst defensive stats. For that reason investing into Manchester United assets this week could be hugely beneficial.

Whilst many look to include the likes of Marcus Rashford (£7.2m) and Bruno Fernandes (£9.9m) some could look to the cheap enabling Casemiro (£4.9m). Although a central midfielder, the Brazilian’s output has been impressive. In his last six matches in all competitions, Casemiro has bagged three assists and two goals.

Wilfried Gnonto

Leeds rank second on the fixture ticker for the round ahead. They face matches against Nottingham Forest and Manchester United. This season Leeds rank amongst the best 10 teams for goals scored in the box, attempts on goal and big chances total. Because of this, it could be worth investing in their attack.

One player who has stood out for Leeds lately is Wilfried Gnonto (£5m). The 19-year-old Italian has been an exciting watch and amongst forwards in the last six matches ranks first for successful passes in the final third. With a great price-tag, a double Gameweek ahead and the likelihood of a fixture in the blank Gameweek approaching, Wilfried Gnonto could be one of the best budget enablers for Gameweek 22.

Kaoru Mitoma

Brighton rank third on the fixture ticker this week with a match against Bournemouth. The newly promoted side have struggled for most of the season. In fact, this season they rank the worst for goals conceded and the second worst for shots in the box conceded.

The Brighton attack is in form. In the last six matches no team has scored more goals then them. The standout option is Kaoru Mitoma (£5.1m). In his last six matches the midfielder has picked up four goals and one assist. Reflecting fine form and with a great fixture, Mitoma has to be considered as one of the best budget enablers for Gameweek 22.
