First Draft

Notes
- There is only three matches left until the end with no round of 16, so going aggressive should be the state of play for those looking to gain lots of rank.
- I really don’t like the Italy v Norway game, which makes me like it, if that makes sense? I don’t like it because I don’t really know which way the game will go. I also think this could be a great opportunity for a Italy defensive stack.
- With goalkeepers, I think the safest thing to do is back both England and Spain, the two tournament favourites who play on different sides of the draw.
- Spain have been relentless offensively, so I think tripling up on their attack is a shoo-in. It’s just whether I go for the Spanish triple up in midfield, or go for a midfield duo with a striker.
- France have really impressed me, and whilst I do want some of their defence, is has to be their penalty taker who makes it. I also can’t make my mind up between their forwards, they have three brilliant forward options, so I may just go with two of them. Still, leaving the third Belmonte out isn’t ideal.
- England really haven’t convinced me in any way, but I think it’s safe to own a double up in their defence and attack. I’m also slightly unsure how their match against Sweden will go.
