Gameweek 18 Fixtures
Below we can see the Fantasy Football Scout Fixture Ticker. The teams at the top have the easiest fixtures whilst the teams at the bottom have the toughest fixtures.
Who tops the ticker this week?
Liverpool sit top of the Fantasy Football Scout Fixture Ticker this week. The Reds will be hoping to return to winning ways, after drawing their last two consecutive matches. Doing so would mean securing their place at the top of the Premier League table for one more round.
Up next for Liverpool is Leicester, who they also face at Anfield. The Foxes reside 17th in the league table due to their poor start to the campaign. Leicester also rank amongst the worst sides in the league for most key offensive and defensive metrics, which could mean plenty of potential for the Liverpool assets.
Who else makes the top three?
Also making the top three this week is Arsenal, as they clash with promoted side Ipswich. Arsenal are another side seeking victories, after drawing their last two matches to Everton and Fulham. A home meeting with the statistically poor Tractor Boys could see that happen.
West Ham rank high on the fixture ticker this week, largely due to the fact they face rock bottom and managerless Southampton. Losing six of their last seven league matches, the Saints are in dire form, so the Hammers could really take advantage of that.
Other teams with good fixtures
Brighton have had a mixed start to their campaign overall – winning six, drawing six and losing four. However, to try and sustain a positive run of results they have some good fixtures ahead, starting with a game against Brentford at home. The Bees have proven deadly offensively, but seriously lack in defence, which is something Brighton can scrutinise.
Manchester City need to start winning games and maintain consistency if they want to Challenge for the title. This week they host Everton, a side who rank amongst the best for several key defensive metrics but the worst for several key attacking metrics recently.
New Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has a perfect opportunity to pick up three points this week. The Reds clash with 19th place Wolves next up, who as well as having lost their last four consecutive matches, have also conceded more goals than any other team so far this season.
