UCL Fantasy teams to target in Matchday 4

The new round of Champions League Fantasy Football is just around the corner. We take a look at some of the best teams to target in Matchday 4. Using form and stats we highlight the teams which have the best fixtures.

UCL Fantasy managers will now be preparing for the new round ahead. For that reason, we can start highlighting the best teams to target in Matchday 4. This will then give managers a good foundation when building their wildcard and limitless teams or just making transfers within our teams.

Man City

Manchester City play Copenhagen in the early kick-off. This means managers have the chance to check and react to the line-ups within their fantasy teams. An early sign already, that the English side are a good team to invest in. Manchester City have some of the best defensive and offensive stats in all competitions. This furthers their appeal even more.

Copenhagen are struggling to dominate in their own division. In fact, Copenhagen sit sixth in their domestic league. That same poor form has translated into their Champions League campaign. The Danish side have failed to score a single goal in their first three Matchdays. In addition, Copenhagen have also conceded eight goals in the same three match period.

UCL Fantasy managers are only allowed three Manchester City assets in their teams. With Haaland and Cancelo already dominating ownership, there could well be just one slot available to choose either a defender or an attacker.

Dortmund

The German side may be inconsistent at times, but they have proved they can score goals and on occasions keep clean sheets. In their current UCL campaign, Dortmund have scored an impressive eight goals. The German’s also managed to score against one of the best defences in Europe, Manchester City.

Dortmund play another match against Sevilla in Matchday 4. The Spanish side have won one match since the beginning of the season. On top of that, Sevilla have also lost a huge six games in the same period. Matchday 3 was a good example of Dortmund’s potential. They dismantled the home side 4-1. At very affordable prices, Dortmund have a good range of options to choose from.

Liverpool

Liverpool have struggled to maintain their fantastic form of the 21/22 campaign. However, that great form could well be returning. The Reds have now managed back-to-back wins in the Champions League so far. This could only extend in Matchday 4.

Rangers lay ahead again for Liverpool. The Scottish side have started their new Champions League campaign very poorly. After losing three in a row, Rangers have also conceded a huge nine goals in the process. This averages at three goals conceded per match. Along with that, the strugglers have also failed to score a single goal during the same three matches.

Bayern

Bayern come into Matchday 3 with great form. In fact, the German giants have only lost once this season in all competitions. What is even more appealing is their Champions League form. Bayern have now comfortably beaten all three of early opponents. On top of that, they have also scored a huge nine goals and kept clean sheets in all three matches played.

Appealing both defensively and offensively the German team come up against Plzen in Matchday 4. Plzen started their ULC campaign as many fans expected. The Czech side have lost all three games, conceded a whopping 12 goals, averaging three goals conceded per match. Along with that, Plzen have also scored just on single goal.
