Real Sociedad 1-2 PSG
The French side proved too much for Real Sociedad, even away from home. The most successful asset during the game was forward Kylian Mbappe (€11.5m). He bagged a brace and the player of the match award which helped him to 13 points.
PSG defender Achraf Hakimi (€6.1m) was substituted prior to the Real Sociedad goal. This meant he collected the clean sheet and finished on six points.
Creating the PSG assists for Mbappe were midfielder Kang-in Lee (€6.4m) who banked four points and striker Ousmane Dembele (€7.9m) who hit five points.
Real Sociedad midfielder Mikel Merino (€7.1m) was also amongst the returns. He picked up seven points for scoring his sides only goal.
Bayern 3-0 Lazio
Bayern needed a convincing win against Lazio this week and that is exactly what they got.
Leading the points for his side was Bayern striker Harry Kane (€10.1m). Similar to Mbappe, Kane also managed two goals, a player of the match award and 13 points.
Scoring the other Bayern goal was forward Thomas Muller (€8.9m) who finished on six points for his efforts.
Another big Bayern returner was defender Raphael Guerreiro (€5m). He created one of the goals with his assist and banked the clean sheet to secure nine points. Centre-back Matthijs de Ligt (€5.4m) was even more successful. The Dutchman collected a huge 10 points for his assist, clean sheet and ball recoveries.
Leroy Sane (9.1m) edged fellow midfielder Jamal Musiala (€8.4m) with six points for his assist. Both were popular assets going into UCL Fantasy Matchday 8.
Manchester City 3-1 Copenhagen
UCL Fantasy managers were left frustrated when they found out that midfielders Phil Foden (€8.2m) and Kevin De Bruyne (€10.6m) would take no part in the match.
One of the highest scoring players in the fixture was Manchester City defender Manuel Akanji (€4.9m). Akanji managed a huge 13 points due to his goal, ball recoveries and player of the match award.
Another successful asset was Julian Alvarez (€7.2m) who banked 10 points after scoring from outside the box and producing an assist. Joining Alvarez amongst the points was fellow forward Erling Haaland (€11.7m) who scored and hit six points.
Manchester City midfielder Rodri (€6.7m) bagged four points for his assist whilst Copenhagen midfielder Mohamed Elyounoussi (€6.8m) claimed a cool nine points for his sides only goal. Assisting him was teammate and forward Orri Oskarsson (€6m) who took away five points.
Real Madrid 1-1 Leipzig
Real Madrid had a 1-0 lead going into the second leg and although fortunate the Spanish giants squeezed a 1-1 draw against Leipzig.
One of the best performing assets was Leipzig defender Willi Orban (€5m) who scored and scooped up the player of the match award. His efforts meant he collected a huge 11 points. Creating the assist for that goal was fellow defender and full-back David Raum (€4.8m). Raum banked five points with the help of ball recoveries.
The Real Madrid returns came from popular assets like forward Vinicius Junior (€11m) who scored and hit five points, along with midfielder Jude Bellingham (€8m) who created the assist, matching his teammate for points.
Barcelona 3-1 Napoli
Barcelona blew Napoli away in the first 20 minutes, scoring two goals and eventually winning the game 3-1.
One of the biggest earners was Barcelona defender Joao Cancelo (€6.1m) who picked up eight points for his goal. Joining him on the score sheet was teammate and midfielder Fermin Lopez (€4.6m). The promising youngster bagged seven points for his efforts.
Robert Lewandowski (€10.3m) also scored which helped him to six points. Fellow forward Raphinha (€8.3m) bettered him with nine points for his two assists. The third and final Barcelona assist was created by midfielder Sergi Roberto (€5.1m) who banked five points.
Arsenal 1-0 Porto
Arsenal won their second leg against Porto but it wasn’t enough. It took heroics from the goalkeeper and some assured penalties in a shootout to see the Gooners advance.
The 1-0 win meant that goal scorer Leandro Trossard (€7.5m) picked up one of the biggest returns with eight points. Picking up six points for the assist was fellow midfielder Martin Odegaard (€9.1m).
The Arsenal clean sheet meant that defenders like William Saliba (€5.5m) hit seven points and Gabriel (€6m) collected eight points. However, the standout defensive player who picked up player of the match was goalkeeper David Raya (€5m) with 10 points.
Atletico 2-1 Inter
Atletico came into the game knowing they had to turnaround a 1-0 loss against Inter. The Spanish won 2-1 to level the game after 90 minutes but then went onto win the penalty shootout.
One of the most successful players was Atletico forward Antoine Griezmann (€10.7m). The Frenchman was fantastic throughout, scored and made six ball recoveries to finish with eight points. The other Atletico goal was scored by forward Memphis Depay (€7.2m). He played just 41 minutes but still raked in six points.
Atletico midfielder Koke (€6m) picked up the only fantasy assist for his side giving him a total of four points. Winning player of the match was teammate and goalkeeper Jan Oblak (€6m) who hit six points.
Dortmund 2-0 PSV
Dortmund were convincing in their 2-0 win but PSV missed some great opportunities to score.
Midfielder Roberto Sancho (€7m) picked up a massive 13-point haul for his efforts. The former Manchester United winger scored the first goal from outside the box and received the player of the match award. The second goal was scored by midfielder Marco Reus (€7.5m) who played just 15 minutes but still landed six points.
The assist for the goals above came from midfielder Julian Brandt (€7.5m) who bagged four points and forward Niclas Fullkrug (€7.5m) who hit five points.
The clean sheet meant plenty of returns for defenders including Ian Maatsen (€4.5m) who finished with nine points and centre-back Mats Hummels (€5.1m) hit 10 points.
