The Champions League is on hold after another action packed round. We take a look back and reflect as we take a look through UCL Fantasy Matchday 2 Wednesday goals, assists and player of the match awards from the second day in the second round.

Shakhtar 0-3 Atalanta
Atalanta put three goals past Shakhtar in their 3-0 win. The standout performance came from midfielder Ademola Lookman (€6.5m). Lookman managed a huge 14 points for his goal, assist and player of the match award.
Wing-back Raoul Bellanova (€4m) picked up 13 points due to his clean sheet and goal scored. The other goal came via Berat Djimsiti (€4.5m) who picked up nine points. He played just 45 minutes so missed out on the clean sheet.
Assisting the goals, along with Lookman, was defender Davida Zappacosta (£4.5m) with 10 points and defender Sead Kolasinac (€4.6m) who hit nine points.
Girona 2-3 Feyenoord
Goals galore came in the match between these two sides as the visitors won 3-2. Two of the goals scored were own goals, scored by Girona midfielder Yangel Herrera (€5.5m) who hit minus one point and Girona defender Ladislav Krejci (€4.5m) who managed just one point.
The other goals came from Girona midfielder Donny Van de Beek (€5.5m) who picked up six points and defender David Lopez (€5m) who collected eight points. The only goal that a Feyenoord player scored in the opponents goal was scored by their midfielder Antoni Milambo (€4.5m) who finished the game with six points.
Assisting the only Girona goal was midfielder Arnaut Danjuma (€5.5m), he banked four points. Registering the assists for Feyenoord was midfielder Igor Paixao (€6.5m) who hit five points, defender David Hanko (€4.5m), he bagged five points and midfielder Quinten Timber (€5.5m). Timber hit a huge 12 points for assisting, winning a penalty which was missed and claiming the player of the match award.
Leipzig 2-3 Juventus
We saw another eventful match and another 3-2 game between Leipzig and Juventus. The latter came out on top with the help of star striker Dusan Vlahovic (€8m). He hit 14 points after scoring a brace and picking up the player of the match award.
Another big return came from Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko (€7.5m) who bagged 10 points for his two goals. The other goal was scored by Juventus forward Francisco Conceicao (€5.5m), he banked eight points as he also created an assist.
There was no assist for one of the Leipzig goals. But, it was striker Lois Openda (€7.5m) who created the other, hitting five points for efforts. Defender Andrea Cambiasso (€5.5m) assisted his sides other goal and hit eight points. Popular asset and Juventus goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio (€4.5m) picked up a red card and ended the game with minus three points.
Liverpool 2-0 Bologna
Liverpool went into the game as firm favourites and that ended up being the case as they won their home match 2-0. Scoring one of the goals was midfielder Mohamed Salah (€10m). The Egyptian also registered an assist and claimed player of the match to hit 14 points.
The other Liverpool goal came from midfielder Alexis Mac Allister (€6.5m) which helped him to nine points. Creating the assist was midfielder Dominik Szboboszlai (€6.6m), he managed seven points for that.
The clean sheet meant plenty of returns at the back. Benefitting from that included the likes of defender Trent Alexander-Arnold (€6m). Trent picked up a bigger return than all of his defensive teammates.
GNK Dinamo 2-2 Monaco
We saw four goals between GNK Dinamo and Monaco. They drew the game and the star of the show was arguably GNK Dinamo midfielder Martin Baturina (€6m). Baturina accumulated a massive 16 points after scoring, assisting and picking up player of the match.
Monaco midfielder Denis Zakaria (€5.5m) also hit double digits here. His 11 points came from a goal and a mammoth 14 ball recoveries. Monaco defender Mohamed Salisu (€4m) and GNK Dinamo midfielder Petar Sucic (€5.5m) both scored who hit 10 points for sides. GNK Dinamo midfielder Maghnes Akliouche (€5.1m) also picked up five points for his assist.
Lille 1-0 Real Madrid
The biggest shock of the week came between Lille v Real Madrid. Lille edged the current Champions League holders in a 1-0 win. Scoring the only goal of the game was striker Jonathan David (€7m) who collected five points. The player of the match was Lille midfielder Edon Zhegrova (€6m), he finished the game with seven points.
The clean sheet meant returns for the likes of Tiago Santos (€4.5m) and Alexsandro (€4.5m) in defence, they both raked in nine points.
The loss meant blanks for popular Real Madrid assets, like midfielder Jude Bellingham (€9m) and striker Kylian Mbappe (€11m).
Aston Villa 1-0 Bayern
Another result that may have surprised many was Aston Villa’s 1-0 win against Bayern. The only goal came from player of the match and substitute forward Jhon Duran (€5.5m). Duran played just 50 minutes but picked up eight points.
Assisting Duran was centre-back Pau Torres (€5m). The clean sheet also helped Torres to a 10-point return. Also amongst the points was goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez (€5m), he saved 12 shots which contributed to his eight-point tally.
Sturm Graz 0-1 Club Brugge
Visitors Club Brugge got their first three points on the board with their 1-0 win over Strum Graz. The goal scorer was Club Brugge midfielder Christos Tzolis (€5.5m). Tzolis also bagged the player of the match award which resulted in a huge 12 point-return for him.
Midfielder Raphael Onyedika (€5m) created the assist and three ball recoveries which meant he banked seven points. Defender Brandon Mechele (€4.5m) struck eight points for his clean sheet whilst goalkeeper Simon Mignolet (€4.5m) bagged six points.
Benfica 4-0 Atleti
Another suprise came in Portugal when Benfica dismantled a tough Atelti side 4-0. There was four different goal scorers but of them it was midfielder Orkun Kokcu (€6.1m) who claimed player of the manager to hit 12 points.
The other goal scorers were forward Angel Di Maria (€7.5m) who bagged six points, striker Kerem Akturkoglu (€6.1m) and defender Alexander Bah (€5m). They hit six points, six points and 15 points respectively. The latter also managed a clean sheet which is why he edged his teammates.
Creating the assists for the goals was midfielder Fredrik Aursnes (€5m) who managed five points and defender Jan-Niklas Beste (€4.5m) who raked in four points.
