UCL Fantasy Matchday 10 Best Captains

The Champions League continues! Today we pick out the UCL Fantasy Matchday 10 best captains. As well as picking out the standout captaincy option on each day of Matchday 10, we also select one or more differential options for those looking to gain rank.
UCL Fantasy managers have the ability the select a captain on each day of a Matchday. If you aren’t happy with your captain return on the first day then you can change your captain to another player on the second day.
The Best Captain on Tuesday 18th February

Bayern immediately standout as good team to invest the captaincy armband in on Tuesday.
The Bavarians go into Matchday 10 with a one-goal lead on Celtic. This time however, we can expect a much better performance from Vincent Kompany’ men.
Bayern host the game, which of course is an advantage in itself. But, their upcoming opposition are considerably worse when playing away from home. The 7-1 loss to Dortmund and 4-2 loss to Aston Villa in the current campaign show this.
Penalty taker Harry Kane (€10.7m) will of course lead the line. The England captain does so having racked up more than 40 goal contributions across all competitions already this season. With that in mind, and the fact he has bagged a huge seven goals in his previous five matches, the Englishman could be the best captaincy option this week.
Tuesday Differentials

There are plenty of alternative captaincy options for those that aren’t fully convinced with or want to back against Harry Kane. For those making that move, then Atalanta could be the next best option.
The Italian side have maintained a scoring average of more than two goals in both Serie A and in the Champions League, whilst the visitors have capitulated defensively in several away clashes already this season.
A lot of the above’ scoring success was contributed by penalty taker Matteo Retegui (€5.5m). The Italian has been in scintillating form domestically – netting a whopping 20 goals in just 22 matches.
There are several other great options to choose from on Tuesday, including Bayern midfielders Jamal Musiala (€9m) and Michael Olise (€6.7m).
The Best Captain on Wednesday 19th February

The game of the night looks to be the clash between Real Madrid and Manchester City. Whilst PSG do have a lovely home match against Brest, their 3-0 lead could mean rotation or least managed minutes for their star players.
The above won’t be the case for Real Madrid. Los Blancos may have a one goal lead, but they face a lethal Manchester City attack, so manager Carlo Ancelotti is unlikely to take any risks.
The Manchester City attack is lethal, as mentioned, but their recent 4-2 loss to PSG, 5-1 loss to Arsenal and 3-2 loss to Real Madrid, shows they are in dire straits defensively. Because of this, and his three double-digit hauls on the bounce in the Champions League, the explosive Brazilian Vinicius Junior (€11.2m) could be the best pick on Wednesday.
Wednesday Differentials

It may be foolish to rule out PSG as a good option for captaincy though. The French side swept Brest away in the first leg. Scoring three goals against their French counterparts is something they regularly do and have done several times recently.
Among the mounds of goals PSG have netted recently, was the in-form midfielder Ousmane Dembele (€8.4m). Although historically inconsistent, there can be no denying his recent output – amassing a whopping 17 goals in his previous 10 matches.
There are several options for those looking to go different on Wednesday, including Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham (€9m) or striker Kylian Mbappe (€10.9m), and Dortmund penalty taker Serhou Guirassy (€8m).
