Top 10 Predicted Player Points for FPL Gameweek 38

Millions of managers are struggling to put together a transfer plan ahead of the new round. To help with that, we show you the top 10 predicted player points for FPL Gameweek 38.

Knowing which players are going to return the big points can help bring clarity to your team, captaincy and chip plans, which can help propel you up the ranks, so let’s count down from 10th.

6th – 10th

Predicted Player Points for FPL Gameweek 38

In at 10th is Jarrod Bowen with 4.83 points. West Ham have a perfect opportunity to win against one of the worst defences in the league next, Ipswich. Bowen heads into the match off the back off securing five returns in his previous four matches.

Just ahead of him is Manchester United penalty taker Bruno Fernandes. The Reds have lost four of their last five matches and face a tough clash against Aston Villa at home this week. Fernandes is out of form though – without a goal or assist in his sides last eight league games.

In seventh, Antione Semenyo is expected to hit 5.16 points. Gameweek 38 sees Bournemouth meet with a woeful Leicester side next. The Foxes have conceded the second most goals this campaign which could give the Ghanian an opening for success.

Slightly ahead of Semenyo with 5.18 points is Alexander Isak. With 23 goals and six assists in 33 outings this season, Isak has been one of the most consistent attackers in the league. He has a chance to add to that tally this week against a hit and miss Everton backline.

In at sixth and it may come as no major surprise considering his fixture, is Martin Odegaard. Southampton have conceded more goals than any other side thus far, which suggests plenty of potential for the Arsenal attackers.

5th – 5.63 Points

Opening up the top five we start with Chelsea’ Cole Palmer (£10.5m). Palmer hasn’t been as consistent as many FPL managers would have hoped recently – with just one return in his last five games. But, a must win game to claim Champions League football could be enough to motivate the Englishman against Nottingham Forest.

4th – 5.66 Points

Another Bournemouth attacker makes his way into the top 10. A poor Leicester defence up next should hold huge potential for the likes of striker Evanilson (£5.8m). His recent goal against Arsenal indicates that he is heading into the game high in confidence.

3rd – 5.93 Points

In at third and arguably the best of the Bournemouth attackers is midfielder Justin Kluivert (£5.9m). The Dutchman has produced 12 goals and six assists this season overall. However, without a return in his sides previous eight matches, Kluivert has been out of form for sometime.

2nd – 6.82 Points

It should be no major shock to see Bukayo Saka (£10.3m) in the top two, some would argue that they expected him to even top the list. The Arsenal midfielder takes on a woeful Southampton defence this week, which should see him end the season with a bang.

1st – 7.34 Points

Topping every other player this week for points is Mohamed Salah (£13.6m). With the league already wrapped up, there are serious question marks over their motivation coming into the final round. However, ruling out the most consistent and explosive asset in the game could be dangerous.
