Serie A Fantasy Round 36 Top Picks

Not sure which players to sign this week? If not then you’re in the right place. Our expert @FPL_Crisk shares his Serie A Fantasy Round 36 Top Picks.

Sharing two of the best picks to buy in each position, Crisk aims to help fantasy managers boost their rankings before the end of the season. So without waiting any longer, let’s dive in.

Goalkeepers

David De Gea (€5.2m – 41.0%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 36 Top Picks

Depending on what happens on Thursday in the Conference League, Fiorentina might have to pick up points in the League to have a chance to stay in Europe next season. Europa League and Champions League football are both just four points away, with many opposing teams facing each other this week. Rotation could be an issue, but that’s why I’m suggesting De Gea as my top pick.

Zion Suzuki (€3.6m – 18.3%)

It was an unfortunate loss to Como last week, but Parma’s defensive form is still on point. Next up, Empoli, the third worst offence in the League, and without their main striker Colombo (suspended).

Defenders

Giovanni Di Lorenzo (€7.4m – 59.9%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 36 Top Picks

In the last six matches, Di Lorenzo has failed to get at least nine points only once. He’s by far the best outfield player in the game and I select him for this list (despite hating to be this damn boring) almost every single week. If you’re not owning at least one Napoli defender at this point in the season, you probably aren’t fighting for a top spot.

Oumar Solet (€4.4m – 0.3%)

We always need someone playing against Monza in this list. No matter form (Udinese’s has been hit and miss to say the least), you always have a good chance to put a solid performance against a team already guaranteed to finish last with three Rounds left to go.

Midfielders

Scott McTominay (€7.2m – 22.0%)

A strange performance against Lecce, in which he didn’t record any single shot. However, I still believe in McTominay. I don’t like him that much, but I can’t deny his fantasy form is amazing and a single blank away from home doesn’t change that. This week isn’t a great one for midfielders anyway, with many top players facing each other, being suspended (Leao) or risking rotation.

Jonathan Ikoné (€6.0m – 1.0%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 36 Top Picks

Diao’s injury has left a Como shaped void in many teams: at Como itself, Ikone is the one who’s playing at LW instead of the former Betis wonderkid. Last week against Parma he was also getting the best chances in the team, way better than Nico Paz’s. He’s a spicy punt if you want back on double Como attack.

Forwards

Moise Kean (€5.8m – 71.5%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 36 Top Picks

I don’t believe there is a scenario in which Kean gets rotated in the League: He’s Fiorentina’s talisman, they will need him in order to get back into the top seven, and his replacement Zaniolo is suspended after a red card last week.

Roberto Piccoli (€5.0m – 5.8%)

Cagliari have been quietly scoring as of late, finding the net in five out of the last six matches. It is a little counter-intuitive to have their forward against Como, who have kept four consecutive clean sheets, but I’ve noticed they have kind of got lucky in terms of xGC. Against Parma, they conceded over 2.5 xG, and over 1xG against Torino and Genoa. So if I had Piccoli, I would play him despite Como’s form telling me otherwise.
