Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

Not sure which players to sign this week? If not then you’re in the right place. Our expert @FPL_Crisk shares his Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks.

Sharing two of the best picks to buy in each position, Crisk aims to help fantasy managers boost their rankings before the end of the season. So without waiting any longer, let’s dive in.

Goalkeepers

Vanja Milinkovic-Savic (€7.4m – 30.4%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

He is the joint top scorer in the game currently, and could still act as a differential as many top teams by now have jumped back to Sommer for their defence. Early kick-off hosting the second to last team in the League could make him a viable captaincy option.

Zion Suzuki (€3.6m – 18.2%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

Parma have improved a lot defensively under new manager Chivu, gathering four full clean sheets in ten matches and failing to maintain the net empty in both halves only once in that period of time. They have also lost just once, in Round 29 away at Udinese, which is a good sign since they have a home match against Como next.

Defenders

Giovanni Di Lorenzo (€7.4m – 59.6%)

I could just copy and paste the same couple of words about Di Lorenzo every week to be honest. After Inter’s two consecutive League defeats, Napoli have a direct road to a second Scudetto in three years. They have the best fixture run by far too. At least one defender from them feels necessary.

Aurel Bisseck (€4.6m – 1.1%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

With Pavard out with an ankle injury, and the need for Inter to rotate a little bit as they have three matches in seven days, there are very few players I would trust to play 90 against Verona next week apart from Bisseck and Sommer. The German international also likes to get forward as a wide-CB, with one of his two Serie A seasonal goals coming against Verona in the reverse fixture.

Midfielders

Scott McTominay (€7.0m – 19.8%)

Napoli’s hero at the moment. The former Manchester United player has scored five of Napoli’s six goals in the last three matches to push them to the top of Serie A. He’s also the player who finds the net the most, beating Lukaku in non-penalty goals and shots on target.

Jacob Ondrejka (€4.6m – 0.0%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

The Parma midfielder is on a roll, with three goals in his last three appearances. Two days ago he had his actual first start since joining from the Belgian Pro League, and punished Lazio with a brace. I expect him to start again and help Parma keep up their great form.

Forwards

Mateo Retegui (€7.6m – 88.4%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

I can’t remember a player being this highly owned last season. Last week, he was supposed to be out with an injury but recovered in time and managed to get onto the scoresheet with a penalty anyway. With Atalanta making a short trip to Monza, you need to have players from them despite their mixed form (seven points in the last six matches).

Marcus Thuram (€9.4m – 73.7%)

Serie A Fantasy Round 35 Top Picks

Thuram is touch and go for the Barcelona match, which makes me think he will be available to play during the weekend to (at least) regain some match fitness. His minutes will obviously be managed but Lautaro could need some rest a little bit more and Thuram can help with that as long as his body allows it.
