Serie A Fantasy Round 3 Team Reveals

Italian League football continues this week so in this article we take a look at some Serie A Fantasy Round 3 team reveals. We brought in some top Serie A Fantasy managers to share their teams, their thoughts and talk captaincy for the second round.

Our Serie A Fantasy Round 3 team reveals could be extremely helpful for both new and existing fantasy managers. Knowing which players our experts are choosing could help clarify some debates and decisions in our own teams.

Notes

  • It’s a very tricky Round to navigate with three head-to-head bouts between six of the “Seven Sisters”.
  • I have a couple of players I’m not happy owning right now: Soulé, Martinez Quarta and Dallinga.
  • On the other hand I would really like to own Dennis Man for his great run between Rounds 4 and 9, but he’s blocked by myself owning both Bonny and Suzuki.
  • I have two options: either roll the transfer and have a 3FT mini WC during the international break to better deal with the team. Or, I can be aggressive and make the double switch Soulé/Bonny -> Man/Che Adams right now. It will all depend on how much I feel Adams is nailed for Torino for their short term fixtures.
  • In terms of captaincy I could probably go to Kvara or Bremer.

Notes

  • For GW3 I have been proactive and gone ahead and done both of my free transfers, Kvardona and Thuram come in for Lautaro and Lookman!
  • I will be playing 3-5-2 formation with Thuram and Dovbyk leading the line.
  • It’s a tough GW where a lot of the top teams play each other. So, it’s important to get captaincy right which is why I am going for Kvaradona when Napoli face Parma at home.
  • The only decision I am not sure about at the moment is whether to bench Theo Hernandez because Milan look out of sorts in defence!

Notes

  • I picked up 73 points in Round 2 which was ok despite only four players returning.
  • Juventus kept a clean sheet last week but it seems that Danilo has lost his place so he’ll be my first transfer out this season.
  • Coco from Torino comes in (he is nailed for 90 mins and has three good fixtures on paper).
  • I may get Yildiz in for Ederson or roll as I don’t want too many players facing each other.
  • If Yildiz comes in I’ll bench Brenner.
  • I have gone for GDL captain this week.

Notes

  • It’s been a weird start to the season with some surprising results. That could continue this week with some horrific fixtures. Don’t worry though, everyone appears to be in the same boat.
  • Lautaro Martinez has been announced fit for the game so I’m starting him.
  • There are a couple of players I’m not happy with including Soule (Roma) and Hernandez (Milan). But due to their good fixtures after this week I will persist with them.
  • I think it could be a tough week across the board so captaincy is key. With that in mind I think the standout captain pick, by a distance, is Kvaratskhelia at home against Parma. If that wasn’t the case it would probably be Bremer. This will be the first week I captain an attacker.
  • I think the best thing to do this week would be to roll a transfer. There are some great fixtures coming up and another week of information could be vital for when it comes to attacking them.
  • I have dwindled my watchlist down slightly. On there is Zapata (Torino) who has produced some exciting data in the last two, he has three very good fixtures ahead. Zaccagni is also on there but I’m still monitoring Lazio, I’m not convinced. Retegui (Atalanta) has also been excellent, but he has Europe coming up which could be an issue for minutes. Di Lorenzo (Napoli) is on there too, he has really impressed me, if all goes wrong with Spinnazola I may have to make the switch. Thuavin of Udinese is also doing well out of position. But, he keeps coming off around the 75th minute which isn’t amazing. The last player on there is Mann (Parma) who after this week has brilliant fixtures. The issue is I already have two Parma players so it would take two free transfers.
  • I am debating either a move from Frendrup to Thauvin, or rolling and bringing in Mann next week. The former would mean benching Mancini (Roma).
  • Good luck!
