Serie A Fantasy Round 26 Team Reveals

Notes

  • I’m only missing one Bologna player for a full complement of DGW assets this week. Ideally, I’d like to bring in Riccardo Orsolini for Charles De Ketelaere, but I might be forced to look elsewhere with Orsolini only just returning from injury.
  • I may use my second transfer to upgrade Alexis Saelemaekers, who has fallen foul of Claudio Ranieri’s tinkering in recent rounds, to Ademola Lookman, who returned to the fray midweek.
  • Like most, I’m expecting a benching headache this week.
  • Captaincy looks fairly set on one of Christian Pulisic or Theo Hernandez though, despite the latter’s Champions League antics.

Notes

  • It was one of the lowest scoring rounds in round 25, but It was enough to keep my exact rank (20th).
  • Round 26 is a double (for Milan and Bologna). I already have two Milan (Theo and Pulisic, and one Bologna (Beukema).
  • The rest of the team looks okay, and I’ll will have benching headache if everyone is fit and starts.
  • Transfers: I have two free transfers I’ll get a Bologna mid (Orsolini or Ndoye), depending on Orsolini’ fitness and team news.
  • I’m still undecided with my second transfer. I may get a Juventus player (Kolo-Muani/Gatti) or roll.
  • Captaincy: Theo/Pulisic.

Notes

  • I have two Milan and two Bologna players to cover the double, and one of these will most likely be my captain too. I am leaning towards the Milan boys for now but given the disastrous performance by Theo in UCL, I am a bit concerned.
  • Outside of that, almost all of my players have good fixtures, especially Inter, Atalanta and Napoli, so I’m expecting a good haul of points overall in DGW26.

Serie A Fantasy Round 26 Team Reveals

Notes

  • It’s a Double Round incoming and I just realized it will be extremely hard for me to decide which four players to bench.
  • This is one week in which I will only make up my mind minutes before the actual deadline. All 15 players could easily make my stating 11 in the end.
  • Even in terms of transfers, I really do not know what to do. I had planned to move Ndoye to Orsolini, but I’m not sure whether the Italian winger will be starting in the easier fixture against Parma.
  • Theo Hernandez and Pulisic I fear could be minutes risk. Theo was mostly responsible for Milan’s UCL elimination. So, I could make a horizontal move to another Milan player. I really like Santiago Gimenez’s form, but I have no space in attack for him.
