Serie A Fantasy Round 25 Top Picks

Round 24 saw wins for teams including Empoli, Lazio, Genoa and Atalanta. We also saw massive clashes between Roma v Inter and Milan v Napoli which both ended in victories for the favourites, Inter and Milan. Now we look to our expert @FPL_Crisk as he provides us with the Serie A Fantasy Round 25 top picks.

Before we take a look at who makes the cut this week, we need to highlight how important this article could be for managers. Knowing who the Serie A Fantasy Round 25 top picks are could be hugely beneficial when it comes to mini-league position and overall rank. That is because it can help with things like transfers and captaincy.

Goalkeepers – Yann Sommer (€5.8m – 26.2%)

Although the imminent Champions League clash against Atletico will cause rotation, Sommer should be as nailed as it gets. He’s the second highest player for points in the entire game, behind Bremer (who’s suspended).

Vanja Milinkovic-Savic (€6.0m – 15.0%)

The second best goalkeeper, most people probably won’t have realized how close he is to Lautaro in terms of points. With all the starting defenders from Torino injured, he’s the one to count on.

Amir Rrahmani (€5.6m – 6.4%)

With Jesus injured, this week I really don’t see much between Rrhamani and Di Lorenzo in terms of points. Napoli have improved defensively since adopting a back-three. This should guarantee at least one half-cs against a sterile Genoa.

Danilo (€6.6m – 26.6%)

Tag him in for the suspended Bremer and you should profit from an exciting defensive fixture against Verona. Not a lot to say here, we all know that Juventus already have one of the best defences in the league, with their main assets being absolutely nailed to play 90 minutes.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek (€6.6m – 3.7%)

Four goals in the last six matches, the former Chelsea midfielder is profiting from a shift in position that sees him playing just behind Giroud. Monza is usually a good fixture for Milan (8-1 for Milan in the last two Serie A campaigns), so I’m expecting a couple of returns from the Rossoneri.

Charles De Ketelaere (€6.0m – 12.7%)

The soon to be former Milan player (no way Atalanta don’t execute the option to buy) keeps on returning. Four goals and two assists in the last four games, I don’t think Lookman’s return from AFCON will limit him too much, and at only 6.0M he’s too cheap to pass up on.

Lautaro Martinez (€11.6m – 69.4%)

I already talked about potential rotation, after all it’s top vs bottom of the table just before the Champions League. Well, here’s a guy who doesn’t care for that. Inter already have very few options in terms of quality in attack, and even if he makes a small cameo, in the reverse fixture he scored four goals in about 30 minutes away from home. He is also a captaincy option.

Dusan Vlahovic (€9.8m – 37.2%)

He’s recovered from a minor injury, and it’s clear that Juventus need him after losing to Udinese. Six goals in 2024 already, only second to Lautaro in the golden boot race.
