Notes
- I’m well set up for Fiorentina and Inter’s upcoming DGW in Round 24. I only need another Fiorentina player to have a full complement from both sides.
- With Denzel Dumfries suspended for the second DGW fixture, one of Dodô or Robin Gosens is my safest route to a second Fiorentina player. Although, I haven’t ruled out taking a punt elsewhere.
- Santiago Castro will also be leaving my team this week despite Bologna’s upcoming DGW and I haven’t ruled out the likes of Lucas Beltrán and Albert Guðmundsson as possible replacements.
- Captaincy will almost certainly go to one of Yann Sommer, Marcus Thuram or Moise Kean.

Notes
- My team looks good for Double Round 24, but I need to get one or two Fiorentina players.
- I have two free transfers and I plan to get a defender (Dodo/Gosens). I’m undecided who will be transferred out as I like all five of my defenders because they have good fixtures coming.
- My second transfer is easy: Brenner to Kean.
- Captaincy: Sommer will be my captain with Thuram Vice.

- I have tough decisions to make. All of my players have very good fixtures, which causes me a massive bench headache (Gatti and Ndoye can both easily get lots of points).
- I could make a “dangerous” double swap, selling De Gea and Dumfries for Dodo and Sommer. Dumfries is suspended for one match, so he has to be seen as a single fixture player. His attacking potential seems too good to leave behind, but with fixtures like Napoli and Juventus very close, I will take the risk in order to have four full doublers.

- This is my current team heading into the new round.
- To be honest, I’m not completely happy about Fiorentina doubling. The fact they do means you kind of have to go out and get a defensive asset, as well as owning Kean. Even if Fiorentina keep two out of four clean sheets against Inter, which is realistic, you could be left in the dust if you don’t own a defender.
- With the above in mind, and the fact I’m not keen on starting either Yildiz or Beukema this week, I may just sell Tavares, who has been a nightmare, for Dodo. I have the exact money to go for Gosens, so I could even go there. But, looking ahead, I may want that budget for a Roma player, because their fixtures are amazing from this week onwards.
- There is no way I can drop any of my current front six, so I’ll almost certainly be playing a 4-3-3 this week.
- My captain will be Sommer, I think its straight forward this week.
