The new season continues so we reveal the Serie A Fantasy Round 19 top picks. Regular contributor and Serie A expert @FPL_Crisk comes in to pick out two of the best players in each position for the new round.

It isn’t long before the new Gameweek commences. So, knowing which players have the most potential could be hugely beneficial. Getting off to a good start in every fantasy game is important for both rank and mini-league position.

Top Picks – Goalkeepers – Vanja Milinkovic-Savic (€6.8m – 21.3%)

With De Gea occupied with Napoli, the best goalkeeper choice for the Blank Round falls with Vanja. The Serbian international is no stranger to clean sheet points, his price going up by over 1m since Round 1 is clear proof of that, and a struggling Parma is far from the worst opponent to face.

Devis Vasquez (€4.0m – 24.8%)

His output has gone down as of late, but if you own him, he remains an amazing option to start. Venezia have played very well recently, but they remain one of the best overall teams around to face, and Empoli have proved time and time again they can defend very well against all sorts of teams.

Defenders – Patrick Dorgu (€4.4m – 2.9%)

With Guilbert back from suspension, the Danish youngster could be playing once again out of position at LW. Genoa are a poor overall attacking team, so Dorgu could gather some clean sheet points and attacking returns with a little bit of luck..

Sebastiano Luperto (€4.8m – 4.3%)

Cagliari face the worst attack in Serie A next Round (Monza), and in such a tricky gameweek gambling on a Cagliari defender can prove really useful. Luperto has played every single minute of Serie A football, making him the best option out of their defence currently.

Midfielders – Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€11.4m – 57.8%)

Napoli is one of the few top teams actually playing in Round 19, and I’m staying away from Roma and Lazio facing each other in the Derby. Fiorentina away are also no joke, but I’ll take Kvara’s quality any day of the week if he was the only top midfielder available.

Florian Thauvin (€6.0m – 21.8%)

Being a striker listed as a midfielder on penalty duty facing Verona makes Thauvin an obvious pick for the Blank Round. With most template midfielders blanking, many teams will certainly have space to transfer him in.

Forwards – Moise Kean (€5.4m – 54.5%)

Kean is the only striker to have managed over 100 points, who is also featuring in the blank. With Buongiorno injured, it will be much easier for the Fiorentina striker to be dangerous and score.

Andrea Pinamonti (€7.2m – 4.2%)

Two goals for him in the last five matches under new manager Vieira. Lorenzo Lucca from Udinese is also a great shout against Verona, but I feel Pinamonti is slightly more reliable overall.
