Notes
- Christian Pulisic looks to be out for the next few weeks. However, with few appealing midfield replacements, I will most likely roll my transfer this week and reassess in Round 17.
- Morten Frendrup will likely replace Pulisic in my starting XI. The Genoa midfielder should still have a solid points floor away to Milan and I expect him to outscore Nico Paz, whose Como team face a tricky home fixture against Roma.
- I’m fairly happy benching Yann Sommer and Lautaro Martínez for Inter’s trip to high-flying Lazio.
- Captaincy will almost certainly be on a defender, with Giovanni Di Lorenzo currently getting the nod over Theo Hernández.

Notes
- Pulisic’s injury is forcing my hand this week. With AC Milan facing Genoa and Verona in the next two, I really want to have an attacker from them despite the injury crisis they’re going through. Leao is obviously now the main candidate.
- I have maximised the number of transfers I can carry, so I will have enough to have a good team in Blank Round 19 if I start making moves from next week. Captaincy is torn between Man and Di Lorenzo. The Napoli defender feels more safe, but it feels more exciting to trust the star boy of my hometown team.

Notes
- We have to deal with Puli and Kvara injuries, but there’s no good alternatives at the moment. I may bench one of them and transfer one to get a Monza/Roma midfielder for their next 2/3.
- If Kvara is out for a long period I’ll switch to two defenders from Napoli.
- Captaincy: Theo will be my captain for this round as he has a good fixture and may be on penalties.

Notes
- This is my set up before any transfers made. I currently have three free transfers, but Blank Round 19 is nearly here. In Round 19 Inter, Milan, Bologna, Atalanta, Juventus and Como all blank. In my current side I have eight players from those sides.
- The sides who have a good fixture in Round 19 include: Venezia, Lecce, Monza, Genoa, Udinese, Torino, Cagliari, Empoli, Parma and Verona. So, getting rid of players from the sides above and replacing them with players from these sides could be the play.
- With the above in mind, and bearing in mind Pulisic’ injury and Paz’ tough fixture, I could transfer out the American for Dennis Man who has a great fixture, plays in Blank Round 19 and is in good form. It also gives me €5.6m in the bank.
- After that move I think I’m happy with my line-up for this week, and would take the two free transfers over to next week, where I’d have three again.
- I’m not 100% convinced benching Lautaro, and may yet also play Suzuki rather that Sommer, I’ll think more on this as we approach the deadline.
- Captaincy is between Theo Hernandez and Giovanni Di Lorenzo. I’m not sure I have seen enough from Theo recently to give him the armband.
- I’m not keen on Yildiz, but he has a great fixture this week, so I’ll give him the start.
- Good luck!
